I would request “closest to main building as possible”.

Also, do the touring plans room request, choose the room closest to that end that you like for your request, and in the comments write in what I wrote above. Can’t hurt.

Building 10 if you have a car, otherwise building 6. I’d always ask for a room close to Animation Hall or the Big Blue Pool and I’d ask for ground floor just because I like to avoid elevators.

I always wanted to know the size of the fridge in the Nemo suites and if they have a freezer section. We ordered ripple milk (48 oz) and A2 (59 oz; 1.74 L) from garden grocer. The freezer compartment is gone and the fridge holds a lot of milk (photo is being pasted sideways; I don’t see how I can edit it)

Hows the cell service/ wifi at the LM rooms? We have T mobile/ Verizon and was wondering if anyone had any difficulty or recommendations for a solid connection for the early morning G+ reservations

Hi everyone! Does anyone know if there is still a bus to Epcot/DHS from Art of Animation? I know there's the Skyliner, but I just wondered if there was still a bus. If we want to start the day by going to Soarin', I figured it would be better to be dropped off at the front of the park instead of at the International Gateway. Thanks for any insights!

There was not that I was aware of when we stayed in early Feb. when we went out to the bus stop there was usually a CM standing there who would ask “MK or AK” when we went out the door and turned toward the busses (there is DS also, but I guess less popular at the times we were going). There were bus stops for Epcot and DHS but no times listed and no busses that I ever saw. I assume they were there to be used when the skyliner was down, but not routinely.

Why is the bus service so awful? Pop seems to get twice as many buses for less people at park close. We've gone to Pop twice and Caribbean Beach once and got Uber another rather than wait in the carnage of the AoA queues. It's similar all through the day too. Waiting at Disney Springs the other afternoon, and AK today, you saw most resorts get two buses in the nearly 45 mins we were stood.

Never stayed at a value resort. But ART has the suites so giving it a go. I arrive with my 80 yr old mother late at nite. Does ART have bell service’s to help me with luggage and bringing it to the room. And then also for check out?

They do have bell services, we had someone help us unload our vehicle and wait while we checked in (we got a message to check in at the front desk) and then walk us to our room and unload. We chose to take our own luggage to our car at the end, but they would have done that as well, I just can’t comment on the wait time since we didn’t use them. I assume they are available all night for a very late arrival, but didn’t check.

Have all the room refurbs in Cars been completed? They started before the pandemic and I believe had put off doing the 3rd building. Just want to confirm before booking. Thank you.

I believe they have all been completed- at least I haven’t read anything about the refurbishment in ages so I had been assuming they were completed for a long time now! We stayed in Feb and it didn’t even occur to me to ask if they weren’t done yet (we were in Nemo though, so wouldn’t have come up for us). Hopefully someone who knows for certain will chime in, but I saw no one had answered your question so I thought I would tell you what I knew/assumed .

Can anyone verify, in a post covid world, Does AoA provide pool towels? trying to minimize my packing list as much as possible

They were all stocked at the Big Blue Pool when we were there like 3 weeks ago. We did find that if there were a lot of people, or if they weren’t able to keep up with the clean towels during the day, that only one of the towel holders/containers may be in use, but we were able to find some every time.
