I know the suites hallways are inside. Is it me or does it look like the stairs are outside under the sketch pad.

I love those big sketch pad stair covers; I just think that they are so clever and look so cool!

I saw these last night and thought that were old but now I see that there is grass by the cars buildings and more fish and bubbles on LM?? but I did wonder who dragged that table down to the wall on the bridge.:lmao: I'm guessing to stand on and get a better view over the wall.

You know I looked at that and was so excited over the building and pool photos I didn't even notice the table! :lmao: That's really funny because I can just see me and my cousins or my friends getting on that table to see everything we can see and taking photos. :rotfl2:

Thanks for posting!
I think that's the first picture I've seen of the Nemo courtyard where the fence around the pool is really visible without me looking for it. I also think I've going to try and avoid looking at tons of pictures right before my trip so some can be left for a surprise, but that's a long way off.

Yes they really planned that fence to blend in nicely; it's very low profile. As for not looking at the photos, I thought about not looking at them, also .....but that didn't last long. I'm just getting too much enjoyment from looking at them; I don't even mind if I saw them already! :rotfl: When I get down there and see it all life size and for real, I know that I'll be ecstatic.

I was just wondering if anyone is planing on decorating there door at AOA ? Lm will have out side doors and windows like the other values but the other sections will have internal doors?

We have decorated the window the past 4 or 5 trips. I was thinking that it may not be good because it is so new. Not sure what to do.

Here is my window from 2010 at POP:-)

I'm willing to give it a try if everyone else is ! We are staying in the LM section also. (Sept 26 - Oct 3 )
Maybe "glitzybabes" can give us a few pointers, like how did she adhere her decorations to the window? And what about putting something on the door ?
Glitzybabes give us all some pointers.......Please.
I think it would be kinda cool to see all the rooms that are occupied by our fellow Disboarders and their cool decorations!
Yah, lets all do it! :yay::cheer2::artist:party::jumping1::jumping3:

I am no expert, but love to decorate door and window. I use sticky back magnets for the door decorations and cool temp-hotglue gun for the window. (a little dab will do it). It peels right off and leaves no residue behind.

We'll be at AoA in Nov ( LM section) and I will be putting some decor up on the window. I bought the cutest light up Christmas mickey head and Christmas Mickey & Minnie window gels after the holidays. I can't wait!

I just didn't want to be the only one.
I will have 2 magnets for our door, that is it tho:)
I was thinking of a Disney Halloween Door cover with magnets not tape
I was planning to put up a little Dis sign in my window anyway, so count me in!
:thumbsup2

Can't wait to see your Pic

we're planning on decorating our window somehow this year - DD said it would "be just so much fun." I love seeing everyone's ideas and past pictures!

Hmmm, we'll be there late Nov. and I have a string of 'Mickey head' lights! I'm not sure about how I would put them up in the window, however. I heard that they were cracking down on window decor, but I'm not sure why. Has anyone else heard that? Maybe a lot of windows had sticky tape residue left on them? If we're allowed I would like to do it, too; I think it would be really fun to deck out our LM room window and door!

Well, my Mickey head only needs a suction cup to hold it up. You could also try 3m strips, they come off nicely and leave no residue. I can't see why window gels or clings would be an issue.

I bet someone used items like sticky tape or nails. Idiots!:furious:

We just booked AoA LM yesterday for 11/3-10!!! :cool1::cool1::cool1: Spur of the moment decision to move our planned February vacation up- So excited!!!

I have skimmed through this thread, and Googled, but can't find an answer..... Can anyone tell me if LM rooms at AoA will have fridges? Thanks!

Yes, I called up on Wednesday to ask specifically about this and the girl that I talked to said that there would be a fridge in the room, as they are putting them in all of the values this year.:thumbsup2

I am going to decorate my window also. I dont know about the door because I dont want anyone taking my magnets, but definitely the window!!! :)

Glitzy I LOVE your window display ! Very cute
Nothing new to see here but the color and quality of these new pics are beautiful

Yes, that window display is really adorable. Great photos Cinder. It makes me want to jump right into the photo of the 'Big Blue'.

Oh, thanks Caretames. Suction cups and 3M strips would be just perfect. I can't believe that anyone would bang nails in, but you're probably right about that.

I apologize if this has already been posted, but it's new and exciting to me!!

Can you believe that that is food from a QS food court? The shrimp look delicious. I'm excited about the made-to-order fruit smoothies and salads.

Yeah, I wondered about the door, also. I'd be afraid to put out anything that was really cute for fear that it would 'walk away'. The window will certainly be fun to do though, won't it?

Thanks for all the compliments on my window.

That year I used suction cups and window clings but in the past, I got clear wrap like what you use to wrap a basket and taped everything to it and then attached it to the window with suctions cups. I like the low-temp glue gun idea, never thought of that.:thumbsup2

Just remember if you decide to use lights, be sure and bring your extension cord. I forgot mine the year from the picture but I did go and buy one at walmart. They just were not up yet when I took the picture.

I have never done my door but I know a lot of people do. Here is a couple of threads about windows and doors.
