Hey where did Glitzy go ? Come back we need some LM pics ! Anyone find any new pics of the LM progress?

I've been looking everyday and nothing is new. I have been looking for new aerials of LM. There is nothing new since April 5 on that. Wish they would do some more very soon.

I know...I'm enjoying all of the pics, but I'd love to see some LM photos and even some more LK pics as well.

Coming out of lurking to say hi. We are super excited to be coming in December and staying in a Cars suite. Now I am crossing my fingers for free dining or a PIN

It's def more fun to be a poster here than to be a lurker! We'll be leaving just as you're going and I'm hoping for FD! It will really help give us more spending money and a possible 2013 trip!

My husband just broke the news to me that he has book a Disney trip for AoA (mermaid) for us! He wanted to wait until my birthday in August to tell me but he can't keep a secret! I'm suppose to act like I don't know anything because my daughter helped with the trip....now I don't know if I can keep the secret!

That is about the best B-Day present I can think of. He deserves an A+!

We moved to AoA with a little mermaid room for our upcoming trip.....DD still thinks we are staying at ASMo. Friends from church booked a cars suite and arrive the day before we leave. Seems pretty popular and very neat. I can't wait to see it.

Two of my friends from church and I are also going to be in LM this Fall and we can't wait. The resort looks amazing. Your little girl should love it! She looks really cute in her 'Minnie' dress! OMG, I just noticed from our tickers that we're going to be there at the same time except for two days!!!!

Thanks....She still fits that dress so there will be more pictures in it when we go....This trip is for her birthday. She turns 8 on Nov 20th. I am so excited and we haven't told her we are staying here yet......

She will LOVE it! We get there on the weekend and I'm going to keep my eyes open for a little cutie in a polka dotted 'Minnie' dress!

Haha...I always try to keep those things a secret but I'm rubbish at "Happy Secrets". I just get so excited! I'm forever telling DH to be surprises I've planned for him...

Now if someone were to surprise me with a Disney trip... I think I would pee my pants all the way to the airport I'd be that excited!!!

Just got ALL of our dining- 1st choices, and awesome times!!!

Now..... how to make these 180 days fly by? Oh yeah, that little thing called "summer break" is right around the corner, so that will keep us more than busy for half of the waiting time!

I'm on the lookout for Dec 2012 and AoA threads, because I changed our Dec 20-27 ressie from POP to AoA on Fri! There is great info here - thanks for all of it! Reading thru this thread Fri helped me make the decision to switch!

I was on the fence about FD or a room discount this time, if offered, but I think I'm hoping for FD - QS, and we'll do a few TS meals. Waiting on Dec flight schedules & park times to be released, and then our 180 day mark! It will be me, DH, DD(19) & DD(15). For us, our planning and anticipation is almost as fun as being there!

We're checking in the 15th too! We're doing a room-only ressie at ASMo on the 14th since we fly down on Friday, arriving to MCO at 8:30P, then hail a taxi on over to check in!!!

My family cannot wait to stay there..My kids absolutely love Pop Century and we will be staying there in August..will be sure to walk over and pay a visit.. Woulda stayed there but regular Little Mermaid rooms werent available yet and the suite is too much for us..We are going for the free meal plan offer

Hi everybody!
Back from my vacation this afternoon!
Last night we went over to Pop Century to check out what we could see of AoA. First impression.. it is ENORMOUS. You can see a great deal of the bus stop/check in/ main building area through the trees as you drive to the entrance of Pop. It was all lit up

Then we drove to the back of Pop and looked at it across the lake. Again, it appears to be so large! But I LOVE the decor. So bright and colourful. None of the buildings appeared too terribly far from the main check in area.

The characters and drawings and larger than life icons give it a Disney feel that the other values don't even come close to IMO.

I didn't get any pictures (sorry). But I am thrilled to be staying here and I think you all will be too. It really looks bright, cheery and shiny new!!

We are booked for 10/29-11/3/12 for a surprise trip for our son's 9th birthday!! I hope I can keep my mouth shut I just might burst before October

the search function on this website is just awful. I putting "going to AoA" i the search and got nothing. I want to add myself to it too! We're going 6/19-6/25 in the Nemo suites! Somebody post the link please!!

Disney Visa just came out with a 15% cardholder discount for AoA so maybe the resort isn't filling up as much as they would like it to. Maybe discounts for the general public are coming too.
