Hello to all it is only 18 days till we leave. We are going to buy a base ticket and disney quest separate so if it is one park per day plus disneyquest that would be a 5 day pass and add disneyquest or a 4 day and disneyquest. For anybody with motion sickness is there any of the games that are doable or am I going to once again be waiting around watching everyone having fun. If we pay for disneyquest separate does that get us into anything else in downtown disney?

Thanks

Not sure exactly what type of base ticket you are getting. But we were in WDW 2 weeks ago, we had 5 day park hopper passes, with no plus option. We went to DQ it was $34.99 for a one day pass. We called our hotel (they could not help us with this at DQ) and to add the plus feature to our tickets would cost about $45 and we would get 3 pluses. So for $10 more we could have 3 visits to DQ, PI or a water park. You might want to recheck your options now to see what is the better deal for you.

Admission to DQ is just for DQ, nothing else. And there are a lot of things to do in DQ where you don't have to worry about motion sickness.

You probably would want to stay away from CyberSpace Mountain and the Virtual Jungle Cruise... Maybe Mighty Ducks Pinball too. I would think most other rides and games would be okay. Pirates rocked a little, but it's more a run-and-"shoot" game than a ride. Astroblasters and Extraterrrorestrial were tame in the sense of being rides. Even if you get hit in Astroblasters and spin around, it seemed to go rather slow.

We LOVE Disney Quest. One of my DD and I both get motion sickness. We have not had a problem with anything except the Aladdin Magic Carpet thing (it even made my usually non-motion sickness husband nauseas)and the another attraction where you wear the virtual reality headgear and you are sword fighting. Sorry I can't think of the name. We don't do these so I'm not as familiar. Maybe someone can help me.
Have a great time!
