Disneymoon tote- Disneymooners please respond

I have read many posts about the totes given out..Are they just for the people who have wed at DisneyWorld or are they given to the Disneymooners? Another question is this supposed to be top secret....I called up the reservation desk at Fairytale Honeymoons to ask questions and they did not mention anything about any added extra pixie dust.

Is there an advantage to booking through Disney or should I just book everything by myself separately?

Any help that previous disneymooners can give I would really appreciate it. I am booking for next year!

Oh boy by using Disneymooners you are making it complicated! Hehe. I assume you are referring to people who honeymoon at Disney? I believe if you book a honeymoon package through Walt Disney Travel Co you would get this tote bag. But I just looked at Disney's official website and the Romance tote bag is no longer listed as something they give. You can ask though.
