Disneyland Visa Meet N' Greet Photos (Photopass)

We visited both of the Disney Visa Meet N' Greet photo spots at Disneyland on the same day and received two seperate access number cards. When I tried to link the two numbers to my account to download the pictures -they both have the SAME pictures from the last location on them. (The instructions say "you can visit one time per day at each of the Meet N' Greet locations"). Does anyone have a phone number to call to see if I can get help finding the first pictures?

Last year (or the year before) I had some missing pictures and there was a form online I filled out for them to search. I uploaded a pic of my kids so they knew who to look for, the pic location, date, and time. Unfortunately they couldn't find them. Hopefully you have better luck!
