Disneyland vacation planner DVD

I have seen lots of positive discussion regarding the disneyland vacation planner DVD. I've tried to order one, but as I live in Australia I can't. Does anyone know of somewhere else I can order or download the vacation planner DVD. I know the kids would love to see it before our visit.

I believe the reason Disney can't send you the Planner DVD is that DVD formats vary around the world and they don't have the Planner formatted for other regions.

The geographical region list I have lists:
1. U.S., U.S. Territories, Canada, and Bermuda
2. Japan, Europe, South Africa, and the Middle East, including Egypt
3. Southeast Asia, East Asia, including Hong Kong
4. Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Islands, Mexico, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean
5. Former Soviet

Perhaps some techno-wizard can tell us if once the DVD is uploaded on a computer, can it be downloaded on a computer in another region and work there.

I'm not sure about Australia, but there are DVD players on sale (at least in Germany) that can play DVDs from all regions.

Normally DVD drives in computers are region coded as well, but the region can be switched a certain number of times. I think it's 4 times, but I am not totally sure about that.

yep, it's a newer version. the one i got last year had a preview for the rockin' both parks promo featuring space mountain and california screamin.

Yes in Australia our DVD's are region 4, but we have a multi region DVD player so will have no problems watching the vacation planner DVD. I am hoping it will make the kids even more excited than they already are. We are leaving for disneyland on 14th April and spend 13 hours on the plane and arrive before we left on the 14th April. Very confusing the time difference.

Of course, but I think if I lived near DL I would get tried of it quick. When I lived in Orlando, I got tired of WDW and Universal pretty quickly.
