Disneyland Tickets Price Increase

Ok.......this is how my day went..................

I suddenly realised that I hadn't purchased our AP's yet for our October trip. ( Yes I left it THAT late:scared1: ) So, I jumped online this afternoon, entered all my details and received a message back saying my order had been processed with an "order" number. It also said I would receive a confirmation email shortly.
This was at 1.15pm this afternoon. I waited for some time and no email. So, I decided it had not worked so I did the order again using a different credit card, got another "order" number, and again, no email.

I understand they have been having some problems, but am very concerned this hasn't gone through. I have checked both cards and neither seem to be have been debited.
I am also a little confused as to the difference between an "order" number and a "confirmation" number.
And if my order has been "processed" does that mean it has gone through?:confused3

If anyone can help, that would be great!!!
I didn't get any number, no confirmation, no order, no email, yet my credit card has 3 pending transactions from Disney for $500

Best I ring them later tonight when it's their morning...

Still freaking out a bit but since we haves paid for flight and park tickets I guess we are really going :cheer2:

I am kicking DH off the computer as I just saw another error in the post lol I really don't like my iPad.
 
Just rang Disney and was told they are around 16 hours behind in the emails. I actually ordered mine 18 hours ago, so I think they may still be playing catch up! I don't mind as long as I get my annual passes at the pre rate rise rate as I have purchased one deluxe and one premium!!!

Fingers crossed I can cancel the other order and I have emailed Disney with all the details as instructed by the friendly cast member on the phone!!

I will be stalking my inbox all day!!!

I'm still waiting and haven't got anything, did speak to a lovely cast member (love the "have a magical day" LOL ) who told me he did find something for me but it's not what I ordered, or tried to order LOL
So, am waiting to see what happens with my credit card in the next few days, he did tell me to email them if I get a confirmation email and ask them to cancel the tickets, hope that works out if that happens.

I'm sure it'll all work out in the end...
 
I ordered my tickets about 24hrs ago - got the confirmation email immediately but no eticket email yet. Not too worried, as long as they turn up by December... :rolleyes1 Think it'll be fine even if I just print the confirmation email and take that if need be. As for the payment, I used my debit card and it usually takes a couple of days to fully process - the money has been taken off my available balance but the transaction isn't showing yet...So pretty sure its all go, their systems just took a hammering I'd say. Becpee hopefully you manage to sort out the 3 transaction thing easily
 
yay, my email came through a couple of hours a go so all good to go.

Still waiting, not too worried, i'll see what happens overnight with my card and take it from there, i'm pretty sure those transactions will drop off, and if they don't i'll sort it out from there.
I did get tickets from ARES which are sitting in my inbox, so I have tickets and Disney will refund if they have to (so I was told today).

I still have no emails regarding any tickets so...who knows? :confused3
 
If anyone needs Disneyland tickets, it says on the mousesavers site that arestravel still have tickets at the old price until they sell out. :goodvibes
