Disneyland ticket expiration

I bought 2 one day tickets for 1 park only for Disneyland last week. I asked when the expiration date was and the person at the ticket window says they never expire. But didn't someone say that tickets now expire in Jan 2011? So what is the truth?

What does it say on the tickets? My tickets had an expiration date, but they were the 5 for the price of 3 tickets. Maybe the ones you have don't really expire because they aren't a special deal.

I think they do expire in Jan 2011.

One day tickets do not have expiration dates. We bought some as gifts for relatives a while back and the CM at the park also confirmed that there is no expiration date. The tickets themselves do not list an expiration. The Disneyland.com website also does not list an expiration for one-day tickets. We weren't sure when these relatives would get to Disneyland, so the one-day hoppers were a perfect gift option exactly because they don't expire.

No, the tickets do not list any expiration date on them but I had heard something about the January 2011 date on the boards so that is what confused me. Maybe the Jan 2011 date is for multiday tickets and the single day like I bought then does not have an expiration it sounds like.

If you go to disneyland.com and look at purchasing a 1 day PH ticket it says very specifically "Valid now thru January 3, 2011."

If you look at a 1 day, 1 park ticket there is no similar information at all. This would lead me to conclude it does not expire, matching what rrbar was told by the CM at the window at time of purchase.
