I noticed this the last few times we were there, but never knew about the modifications.

When we first went on it after the modifications, my son thought we had a broken tea.

The next couple of times it was the same thing and I figured they most of changed something.

My son is extremely disappointed and they are not as much fun as they used to be. It's sad how 1 person can ruin something for someone else.

Next time I will stop at City Hall and let them know I don't agree with the change.

Just a few quick points on the "Tempest in a Teacup". When you go to city hall be sure to insist on making a written statement. Disney claims only a few complaints ( http://www.latimes.com/news/local/la-me-teacups29feb29,1,1310768.story ) but we know better.

I could not follow the link, but as I recall the person involved was an adult paralyzed at the waist down.

If this is correct, what business does disney have a allowing a person with no lower body control onto a spinning ride that has no restraint system. For that matter, it would sem illogical to go on such a ride. Handicap accessability is one thing, but how could such a person stay stable?

Flame me or educate me, I am open for either!
