Pete and the Disneyland crew,

On behalf of the many Disneyland fans on this site I would like to thank you for a great show. The roundtable format is the best receipe for an enjoyable listening experience and I really enjoyed the show. PLEASE DO MORE OF THESE!

I also enjoyed it. Great job everyone! :thumbsup2 And what a treat to hear Wayne on the show!

My 7 year old son thought Pete's line about no one wanting to bathe in a pool of pee was beyond hilarious. Laughed himself to sleep tonight repeating it over and over and over. Thanks Pete.

More Disneyland roundtables!

I loved the Disneyland show as well. I'm so excited about the changes to DCA! When I went to DCA back in 2006, I was not impressed. Soarin' was the only redeeming quality and the margaritas had no discernable alcohol (and I'm a lightweight!).

Loved the show and it made me look forward to visiting DL/DCA in 2013! Thanks, Pete and the DL crew!

I'll just add my own two cents that I enjoyed the show as well.

Thank you for the pee free comment! :thumbsup2

(I will go a step further. I have a real problem with "swim" diapers. IMO they should not be allowed in a pool & should be limited to a special kiddie pool.) :

This show really made me want to go back to Disneyland. I haven't been there since I was a little kid. I am hoping we can get out there when Cars land opens. My daughter is obsessed with Cars. Anyways, thanks for the show!

I'm sure it will get better for future shows (And Pete apologized several times about it) but the audio quality was dreadful. For me it was almost unlistenable because of the hiss. Beyond that I really enjoyed the show and found myself laughing out loud several times while grocery shopping.

Okay I just got around to listening- Great job guys! I really liked getting to hear more about Disneyland. Yes, the audio wasn't as good and I know people were accidentally cutting in as others were talking (just because on video chatting I know it's hard like that). But I loved it :)

Thanks for the show everyone.

I loved the "Well we have our Julie" comment.

I promise never to stay at the Disneys californian resort... I think I will choose that nice one down the street that you stayed at a year or two ago.

I was thrilled to have a DL show. Right now I'm planning our "once in a lifetime" (OK, twice in a lifetime) trip across the country to DW, but we're regulars at DL and happy to have the show.

And don't limit the motel selections to just Disney property, there are a ton of motels within walking distance, some actually closer than the DL Hotel. While we love the DL Hotel, the Howard-Johnson ("Ho-Jo") is also wonderful and has a fantastic manager.

I look forward to the improved audio, and the ease that comes with practice.

If you need any opinions or reviews, feel free to contact me. I would be happy to do the hard work. Hey, a girl can dream!:rotfl2:

Loved the DLR show too! It was so nice to hear a show where I actually understood what they were talking about. ;) When they mentioned somewhere, I knew where it was and what it looked like. I've never been to WDW so I don't know the places refered to in the podcast. I'd love more DLR shows. :thumbsup2

That was the Sheraton Anaheim (looks like a castle). That is one of my favorite non-Disney properties. :)

The manager is Lorealle. She participates on a lot of Disney boards, and gets together with us on our annual ladies meet. She's :thumbsup2

::yes:: I totally agree.

There are many ways to fix this. I listen to several other podcasts where the participants are located in different timezones. It sounds like they are all in the same room. Im sure the great folks at the DIS can figure it out.

I agree, the show itself was great, i hope to hear more, but something has to be done about the sound quality, it was pretty bad. Lots of peoples voices getting "stepped on" over and over, the same 2 people would keep trying to start a sentence and then get interrupted over and over. Im sure it has something to do with the delayed timing of the Videochat they are doing, but hopefully it can be fixed, your normal show is so high quality, im sure you will get this one fixed also.

I truly enjoyed this show as well since I am planning my first DL trip for my kids. I went way back in early 90's.
