It looks like you simply play using the non-logged Guest status (You can't post your score). It's a pretty complex simulation as you need to micro manage all aspects of the ride operation. Pay attention to the text screens on the right of the screen as they let you know when things are ready, when props need attention, when to send a maintenance crew, etc. Be sure to open gates and such as to direct the guest flow into the attraction.
