Will the Disneyland Resort Express Bus take us from LAX to Sheraton Anaheim (and return) or does it just take you to the DLR hotels?

Also is it a bus or would we get a mini van type bus? We will be arriving from New Zealand to LAX about 10am and are looking at how we are going to get from LAX to our hotel.

we used them in June and were very happy with the ride and service. I don't know how many are in your group, but you can get 5 passengers for $99 round trip on line.
they pick you up at LAX and then you make a stop at DLH for those that need to pay. We then continued on to the hotels. We had 4 stops total. Didn't take very long at all.
Coming back we waited outside for our bus. It was late. Called. It came about 10 minutes after my call. We loaded up and went to DLH and had to off load there and grab the bus to LAX. The bus we originally got on was for the other airport. Didn't wait long for the LAX bus and we were on our way. Both times we were on the LA freeways on a Sunday morning and our trip was about 40 minutes.

It is a big bus (with a bathroom in the back) and it first stops at the Disney branded hotels and then makes the rounds of the other area hotel/motels. It seemed like it took forever when we were on it, but it sure beat dealing with carseats and rental cars.

Is it easiest to order tickets ahead of time? I am wanting to use the coupon that is out there, but is that only if I purchase once we arrive at the airport??

It's easy either way. We did both, ordered the family pass online because that was the only way to get it, and then purchased 1 more child's fare at the booth at the airport.

Yes, I would tip. The driver helps load your luggage on and take it off of the bottom of my bus. IMO, that deserves a tip.

We're staying at the Camelot Inn across the street. Any idea if the bus tends to stop nearer DL first or last?

I believe if you have up to a family of five, you can book the $99 return trip but you have to call at least 48 hours in advance.

There is a coupon for the bus on the coupon thread. We paid $68 for a round trip for 3 of us last year. Round trip with the coupon is the best deal.
