Disneyland Resort, CA - Onboarding, Traditions & Orientation process

I am aware of 2 classes new Disney hires need to complete? Onboarding and Traditions, is there a third? Are there evening classes for these appointments? How long does each last and how far a part are they? Thank you.

There are usually three days of classes all new hires have to take. The first is Traditions, the next is your "Our ____ Story" (either DCA or Disneyland, depending on your location/department), and a third which will be your Welcome to Operations day, again depending on your department. Traditions would be the longest at 8 full hrs whereas the other two are around 6 or so, and they all start in the morning. They're usually all in a row over the coarse of one weekend.
