Is COVID still having any effects on Disneyland?

Not really. I can't think of much that hasn't returned. Except the bread basket at Napa Rose.

If you mean from an operational policy standpoint, then no, not really. There are not requirements or anything. Theyre may still be more hand-sanitizer kiosks than there used to be, but that's about it. Tehre have been certian shows and things that haven't come back, though I think pretty much everything is now at least scheduled to return very soon and everything is running normally. Some menus have changed over the course of things, either because of supply issues or just as a general refresh upon reopening.

Face coverings are optional but recommended for Guests in all indoor locations. Face coverings are required for all Guests (ages 2 and older), regardless of vaccination status, in certain indoor health settings, such as in First Aid.
The State of California strongly recommends that all Guests complete their primary vaccination series or obtain a negative COVID-19 test prior to entering the Disneyland Resort.

That's a CA state rule. All health care settings require mask wearing.
