<p>(Hopefully these will work for everyone. If they don't on the first try, try hitting stop and refresh and that should fix the problem.
</p>
<p>I'm posting this same message on the Disneyland board, but I wanted to make sure no one missed it.
</p>
<p>I'm working on a full trip report as well, but this will summarize the trip through pictures. All of the pictures were either cropped or resized from images that are 1024x768, so if you want a larger version of any of the pictures, just let me know
</p>
<p>Also, I did do retouching on several of them that were too dark or whatever, but I tried to get the colors as true as possible (except in the case of the sky when it was smoggy). For the most part, the main image editing I've done was to sharpen the images since none of the resized pictures were as sharp as the full-size image)
</p>

Today's trip started out at the Storyteller Cafe. We were running a little late, so I didn't get as many pictures as I would have liked.
<br><br>
<img src="http://www.stardustdreams.net/dlnov02/DLR_Nov02_265.jpg" width="400" height="300" alt="" border="0"><br>
A view of one of the seating areas and the entrance to the left.<br><br>

<img src="http://www.stardustdreams.net/dlnov02/DLR_Nov02_266.jpg" width="400" height="300" alt="" border="0"><br>
Another of the dining areas, with the "story" pictures on the walls. We never experienced the "storyteller" aspect of Storyteller's Cafe, unfortunately.<br><br>

<img src="http://www.stardustdreams.net/dlnov02/DLR_Nov02_267.jpg" width="300" height="400" alt="" border="0"><br>
Even the lamps tell their own story here.<br><br>

<img src="http://www.stardustdreams.net/dlnov02/DLR_Nov02_268.jpg" width="400" height="300" alt="" border="0"><br>
In each clump of lamps, there were several different patterns. And I really liked the backlit rock/glass.<br><br>

<img src="http://www.stardustdreams.net/dlnov02/DLR_Nov02_269.jpg" width="400" height="300" alt="" border="0"><br>
Everything at this restaurant told a story. And even if you didn't know the "official" story, it was fun to sit back and think up stories to go along with the pictures.<br><br>

<img src="http://www.stardustdreams.net/dlnov02/DLR_Nov02_270.jpg" width="400" height="300" alt="" border="0"><br>
Next was the Walk in Walt's Footsteps tour. I caught this picture of the train leaving while we were waiting for everyone to arrive.<br><br>

<img src="http://www.stardustdreams.net/dlnov02/DLR_Nov02_271.jpg" width="400" height="300" alt="" border="0"><br>
Here's our guide, Brian. He was an interesting guide, and did know a lot of little facts.<br><br>

<img src="http://www.stardustdreams.net/dlnov02/DLR_Nov02_272.jpg" width="400" height="300" alt="" border="0"><br>
Walt's office. This is his actual office, every item in its exact location as the last time he was there, just moved over from the studios to Disneyland.<br><br>

<img src="http://www.stardustdreams.net/dlnov02/DLR_Nov02_273.jpg" width="400" height="300" alt="" border="0"><br>
Band setting up for later in the day. I loved the poinsettias around the flagpole.<br><br>

<img src="http://www.stardustdreams.net/dlnov02/DLR_Nov02_274.jpg" width="400" height="300" alt="" border="0"><br>
The band marching down Main Street heading toward Town Square<br><br>

<img src="http://www.stardustdreams.net/dlnov02/DLR_Nov02_275.jpg" width="400" height="300" alt="" border="0"><br>
Again.<br><br>

<img src="http://www.stardustdreams.net/dlnov02/DLR_Nov02_276.jpg" width="400" height="300" alt="" border="0"><br>
The Alice in Wonderland family was following close behind and waving to the guests.<br><br>

<img src="http://www.stardustdreams.net/dlnov02/DLR_Nov02_277.jpg" width="400" height="300" alt="" border="0"><br>
Our tour included a stop in the Tiki Room while we were the only ones there. Since we weren't interrupting other guests, flash pictures were allowed. :D Everything looks so fresh in here compared to how it was several years ago.<br><br>

<img src="http://www.stardustdreams.net/dlnov02/DLR_Nov02_278.jpg" width="400" height="300" alt="" border="0"><br>
Jose.<br><br>

<img src="http://www.stardustdreams.net/dlnov02/DLR_Nov02_279.jpg" width="400" height="300" alt="" border="0"><br>
A couple of the back-up birds.<br><br>

<img src="http://www.stardustdreams.net/dlnov02/DLR_Nov02_280.jpg" width="400" height="300" alt="" border="0"><br>
Another of the singing baskets and a couple of birds.<br><br>

<img src="http://www.stardustdreams.net/dlnov02/DLR_Nov02_281.jpg" width="400" height="300" alt="" border="0"><br>
And yet another angle. We didn't stay to watch the show as we were running late, but it was still fun.<br><br>

<img src="http://www.stardustdreams.net/dlnov02/DLR_Nov02_282.jpg" width="400" height="300" alt="" border="0"><br>
Brian in the Club 33 lobby.<br><br>

<img src="http://www.stardustdreams.net/dlnov02/DLR_Nov02_283.jpg" width="400" height="300" alt="" border="0"><br>
A window over the exit door and a lamp again in the Club 33 lobby. (They didn't take us all the way upstairs, just inside the lobby)<br><br>

<img src="http://www.stardustdreams.net/dlnov02/DLR_Nov02_284.jpg" width="300" height="400" alt="" border="0"><br>
Brian took pictures of all the guests with cameras. :) Behind us is the old fashioned elevator that runs up to the second floor, where all the real action is.<br><br>

<img src="http://www.stardustdreams.net/dlnov02/DLR_Nov02_285.jpg" width="400" height="300" alt="" border="0"><br>
Next was Snow White's Grotto. Here's Snow White herself with a little deer.<br><br>

<img src="http://www.stardustdreams.net/dlnov02/DLR_Nov02_286.jpg" width="400" height="300" alt="" border="0"><br>
I just love this grotto. Used to be a very peaceful spot, but they've turned it into a princess meet-and-greet. True, there's no better place to meet the princesses. I just miss being able to come up to the grotto without the characters around.<br><br>

<img src="http://www.stardustdreams.net/dlnov02/DLR_Nov02_287.jpg" width="300" height="400" alt="" border="0"><br>
Even the Evil Queen was around this morning. First time I think I've ever seen her at any of the parks. She was very "evil" to our tour, too. ;)<br><br>

<img src="http://www.stardustdreams.net/dlnov02/DLR_Nov02_288.jpg" width="400" height="300" alt="" border="0"><br>
The sails of a huge sailing ship are visible above the roofs of New Orleans Square, if you know where to look.<br><br>

<img src="http://www.stardustdreams.net/dlnov02/DLR_Nov02_289.jpg" width="400" height="300" alt="" border="0"><br>
And in the balcony of the Disney Gallery, Walt and Roy's initials are found in the wrought iron. Here are Walt's.<br><br>

<img src="http://www.stardustdreams.net/dlnov02/DLR_Nov02_290.jpg" width="400" height="300" alt="" border="0"><br>
And here are Roy's.<br><br>

<img src="http://www.stardustdreams.net/dlnov02/DLR_Nov02_291.jpg" width="400" height="300" alt="" border="0"><br>
Can't leave Disneyland without a shot of the Mark Twain at dock with Thunder Mountain in the background. :D<br><br>

<img src="http://www.stardustdreams.net/dlnov02/DLR_Nov02_292.jpg" width="400" height="300" alt="" border="0"><br>
Over to DCA now, for yet more pictures of Grizzly River Run.<br><br>

<img src="http://www.stardustdreams.net/dlnov02/DLR_Nov02_293.jpg" width="400" height="300" alt="" border="0"><br>
That person in green waving... that's me. :)<br><br>

<img src="http://www.stardustdreams.net/dlnov02/DLR_Nov02_294.jpg" width="400" height="300" alt="" border="0"><br>
Me again on my second ride. I was expecting to be hit by some back-splash by the geyser, but it never went off as we went over. It's totally random. :D<br><br>

<img src="http://www.stardustdreams.net/dlnov02/DLR_Nov02_295.jpg" width="400" height="300" alt="" border="0"><br>
And here's my second ride through, this time with a couple of really cute young girls who were really having a good time. This is one of my favorite pictures from the trip.<br><br>

<img src="http://www.stardustdreams.net/dlnov02/DLR_Nov02_296.jpg" width="400" height="300" alt="" border="0"><br>
After a brief stop at the hotel to rest for a few minutes and for me to change out of my wet pants (shirt was dry thanks to the jacket ;) ), we came back into Disneyland via the monorail and I caught this picture of the Matterhorn with the wide-angle lens.<br><br>

<img src="http://www.stardustdreams.net/dlnov02/DLR_Nov02_297.jpg" width="400" height="300" alt="" border="0"><br>
Small World, again seen from the monorail.<br><br>

<img src="http://www.stardustdreams.net/dlnov02/DLR_Nov02_298.jpg" width="400" height="300" alt="" border="0"><br>
Small World, returned to its original colors of white, gold, and powder blue. It was pastels until just recently. This time, the picture was taken from the fast pass line.<br><br>

<img src="http://www.stardustdreams.net/dlnov02/DLR_Nov02_299.jpg" width="400" height="300" alt="" border="0"><br>
As we walked down the queue to get on the ride, the clock went off. I just love that whimsical clock!<br><br>

<img src="http://www.stardustdreams.net/dlnov02/DLR_Nov02_300.jpg" width="300" height="400" alt="" border="0"><br>
We'll end this set of pictures with yet another ride on Space Mountain, which DH waving at the camera. :D<br>

i got to ride up that elevator - it is nice upstairs - too bad they didn't let you go up

How cool, Marla!

I wish they'd let us ride up as well, but I understand why they didn't. I'd still like to get into Club 33 -- for a full meal, not just the lobby. ;) But it was still neat seeing the elevator.

Those are wonderful pictures Tammi! I love these so much, especially since it has been so long since I've been to DL! Thanks for posting these :)

Great pictures, Tammi!!! I really hope to get to DL/DCA again soon. Great parks they are. You need to talk to Tink33 to get you into Club 33, she has the connections. I liked the sails over New Orleans roofs, pretty cool effects!!

Would you believe in all my trips to DL, this was the first time I saw the ship sails (or at least the first time I remember it), and I still had to have them pointed out to me? :D
