Disneyland Paris At New Years Eve

HI,

HAS ANYONE BEEN TO DISNEY AT NYE?
WHAT WAS IT LIKE AND HAS ANYONE ANY TIPS?
DID YOU ATTEND A GALA DINNER IN YOUR HOTEL OR DID YOU EAT ON THE PARK?

IN A MOMENT OF MADNESS I BOOKED FOR 3 NIGHTS INCLUDING NEW YEARS EVE. WE ARE TAKING OUR 2 CHILDREN AGED 8 AND 5 AND STAYING AT THE SEQUOIA LODGE.

ANY ADVICE WOULD BE GREAT

We have been there 2003/2004.
It was a great day/night but the resort will be very very very crowded! And if you want to have a good spot for the fireworks at midnight you should be at 10pm on Mainstreet.

We stayed at the NPBC but we did't had dinner there because this is way to expensive. (120€-200€ per adult). We had a lunch a Walt's and in the evening only fast food.

I am sure you will have a magical time but be prepared for the crowds. You should start the 31. December very early and make a break at you hotel in the afternoon. And if you want to see Fantilusion or the Once upon a dream Parade you should also look for a nice spoot early!
