Disneyland Parade of Dreams

Hi! So like 10 years ago during the 50th anniversary of Disneyland, my family was chosen to be the grand marshals of the Disney parade of dreams. They didn't let us take pictures while in the parade probably because they wanted us to be in the moment and stuff, which I totally, completely get. But what I was wondering is, if Disney takes pictures of the grand marshals during the parade or something. If so, does anyone know where I can find them? thank you!!

Contact DL Guest Services (there is a link at the bottom of the DLR webpage) to ask them about this. Give them as much detail as you can (date, time, etc.). Otherwise, you might try posting this request on the web (Facebook? Other Disney fan boards?) to see if someone, by chance, saw your parade appearance and took a photo. It really can be a small world after all -- you never know who might be able to share your photo with you.

Not sure when Photopass started, but I don't think we had it on our 2005 or 2006 trips during the 50th. When we were Grand Marshalls in the Stars and Cars Motor Parade in DHS in 2008 they took photos for us along the route with my camera. I don't remember if they had Photopass shooting or not.

I hope you find some. Our parade experience is one of my favorite Disney memories!

When my family was chosen for Grand Marshal in WDW, they let us know that there will be a Photopass CM taking pictures of us along the parade route. And to look out for them. At the end of the parade, they took pictures of us in the car in front of the castle! Then each family member was able to pick a complementary a photo and had it printed!

Not sure if photopass was available during the 50th, but if they were taking your pictures I'm sure they would have let you know. Like another poster said, I would call guest services and see what they can do.
