Disneyland or Disney World??

I am going to apply for the Fall 2012 college program, but I can't decide between Disneyland and Disney World. I live closer to California so it would be more convenient, but I also don't want to miss out on larger opportunities from WDW. I could see myself working for this company in the future, and I would like some input from people who have done both programs. Help me decide!

Disneyworld!! Disneyland only takes around 300-500 people for the internship while Disneyworld takes around 3000 people. Plus, its bigger than Disneyland. I love disneyland and all but Disneyworld was the best idea ever.

I'd have to agree. Its a good way to experience the east coast as well.

I had a friend that was originally going to apply for the WDW program with me, but she decided to do Disneyland instead because she already lives in the SoCal area and wanted to be closer to home. While California is home for me too, I wanted to do the WDW program because of the bigger size of the resort and the greater number of available roles. There's pros and cons either way, so I guess go with what matters most to you.

i live in California too and i wanted to do Disneyland so i would be only 6 hours away. But i didn't get into the Disneyland program. At first i was afraid of applying for Disneyworld because i would have to move across the country and be away from friends and family. But i applied and got in. Im so thankful that i did, it was such an awesome experience. When i do my program again, im totally picking Disneyworld again
