Disneyland on Mickey's Halloween Party day closes at 6... but can you stay (w/o MHP tickets)?

Hey everyone. So I've never been to Disneyland during the Halloween season... and I was wondering... are you allowed to stay in the park after it "closes" for the Mickey's Halloween Party? I would assume not, but I see that the Paint The Night parade is scheduled for 8:30 that day...

You'll be ushered out. You can stay after MHP opens (3 or 4), but not after DL closes to NON-MHP guests. Sorry.

Yeah, that's what I thought. Weird thing was, I thought they had a Halloween themed parade.

In the past they would present the Halloween Cavalcade during MHP, but given the newness and popularity of PtN, they opted to present that at MHP instead.

First place they look.. Seriously, if they see someone without a wrist band on , they will escort them out, CMs at rides won`t let you on.
