We'll be at Disneyland for half marathon weekend in a few short weeks.
Planning on hitting DCA on Friday, DL on Saturday and whatever park(s) we want on Sunday. We'll be at Paradise Pier Hotel so we have early entry on the days it's offered, which is Saturday for DL. Kids are 10 and 8, so they really do not care about most of the FL rides.
Here is what I was thinking for a plan that morning, at least through lunch, for Saturday August 30. Is all this doable?
Turnstiles between 7:15 and 7:30.
Matterhorn

Star Tours
Space Mountain
Small World
Mr. Toad
Once park opens, get a FP for Big Thunder and maybe ride it.
Pirates
Get a FP for Splash
Big Thunder (FP)
Splash (FP)
Pick up FP for whatever else we might want to ride later.
