Our very good friends' son is having his bar mitzvah bright and early tomorrow and I am doing a reading. Thought I would check in here before I heavily medicate myself with some Phenergan.

Thanks ladies. I am feeling a little better. Went to the bar mitvzah today, napped, and we are getting ready to go to the party tonight. I would like nothing more than to stay home and sleep but it just isn't going to happen. Lost a couple of pounds from barfing my guts up so I guess that's the upside.


I am behind on any Disney info so keep me posted on any WoC news.

Hi there! I have seen you on Jordan's TR, & I just found this PTR. I am usually on the WDW TR boards but we went to DL last Thanksgiving & I am doing a TR on these boards and saw yours. Hope you don't mind if I join in!

We just took another trip to DL over Spring Break (we got AP's at Thanksgiving). Originally we thought WoC was going to be running then but it got pushed back to June. So now we are going to be in San Diego during the time of your upcoming trip and we are considering hitting DCA that week to try to see WoC. Not sure which days yet, but I am enjoying getting all of the info from your PTR.

Hope you are feeling better. I just had that flu last weekend and it had me down for about 2 days before I started to feel better.

The whole lack of info re the WoC thing is making me nuts. If you skip going in June will you make it again before your passes expire? In part, I am wishing we waited until October to go but didn't want to chance it as our APs expire October 8.

The bar mitzvah was like a wedding as far as detail and fun! I had never been to a real east coaster bar mitzvah. I am SO glad that I don't have to follow that one. Gab's will be next year- plenty of time to forget the grandness of this one.

We asked Gab, point blank this morning on the way home, not to think on that large of a scale for her bat mitzvah next year. I won't go into debt for her party.

He plays the trombone. He has played it since the fourth grade so this is nothing new but to go from $210 a year in middle school to $2000 in high school is just bizarre.

That's a huge leap! Hopefully they will give you just cause to shell out that kind of cash. Do you have to pay at once or will they let you break it up?

Our AP's don't expire until Thanksgiving but the problem is that I work at a high school, so I am on a school schedule. The fall is the busiest time of year for me. Also, we live 10 hours away, but we have family in Southern Cal. So we try to squeeze in DL when we visit them. After June, I'm not sure when we will be able to get back down there, so we might have to force the issue to see WoC then.

If you aren't sure you'd get back then it looks like you will have to suffer through WoC will the rest of us loons! I will post any info I get between now and then as well as while we are there. Hopefully any info will make it easier for those coming after me.

It is a crazy stomach bug that's for sure. We had something like 19 people call out within a week and a half period from work. Glad you are feeling better. I am hoping the rest of my family doesn't get it.
