Disneyland is a work of love: June 2010 PTR 6/2 p.61 updated itinerary

So completely irritating me!! I usually have all my plans solidified for our trips by now and feel like I am just hanging!!

I just really want to know!!

::yes:: Misery loves company.

So I called DVC and was told that the only DVC property with concierge access is the AKV in WDW. She also said that if you use points to stay at the Poly or GF you can add concierge. I asked if the same was true for the DLH and PPH if using points and she said no. I asked why and she said she didn't know. :rotfl2:

Thanks for calling - doesn't make sense to me that we can not add on but seems like it is the policy at most of the DVC units.

Oh well...:scratchin

Interesting. It seems they would want the money but what do I know. ;)

I am really hoping I get the villas I requested so we can maybe see the WoC from our balcony. The more I read about the uncertainty, the less enthralled I am with whole waiting/staging/cattle call thing.

What villa did you request?

Yeah.. the "staging" thing sounds lame! I don't want to be held captive for 1 1/2 hours - especially having merchandise being the major form of "entertainment!! :confused3

I will PM you. I don't want anyone stealing my thunder. ;)

We'll have to get the kids those horse blinders. Either that or get a home equity line of credit.

Good Morning Rentayenta,

I'm still here, just busy with classes! I hope June 24 also a grad night has the same schedule as June 16th I would be totally thrilled. Your information has helped immensely with planningand Kaoden39 also! Thank You both!

I have to say I am second guessing everything I have set up, but this is really the only time we can go right now. I am very nervous about the crowds and making sure everyone still has a good time. Everytime I think I have everything figured out i find out something new like a ride or show that I had no previous knowledge of and the whole WOC thing is making my head spin.

Is Ruby's Diner at the end of the pier at Huntington Beach? I scribbled a note but can't make out my own handwriting:flower3::upsidedow.

::yes:: I hear ya. Had I known it was going to be this nutty we would have skipped June and done October again but such is life. I am sure it will all pan out, just not as soon as I would like. I am sure I will have tons of info for you before you leave.

There is a Ruby's at the end of HB and Seal Beach. :thumbsup2 Plus about a million others. www.rubys.com

 I am so sorry.

Thank you, I am getting better. Once school is out for my kids it will be that much better.

I was looking at expedia earlier and I was amazed at the low prices for when we are there. That really bodes well for us I think.

Having school issues? :sad1:

I like when they are home for the summer. I despise the morning rush. My only goal is to make sure we all get out of the house on time without anyone having a melt down.

I am seeing total availability too but remember Disneyland brings in TONS of locals and is nothing like WDW as far as tourists go. I am hoping they are all too scared, like we are, to deal with the potential WoC nightmare. :headache: That Friday 6/18 is the last open So Cal AP day I believe and my guess is that it will be a zoo. Here are my crowd predictions for my days:

Sun 6/13 moderate
Mon 6/14 high in the afternoon once the locals are off work
Tues 6/15 same as above
Wed 6/16 low to mod
Thurs 6/17 low to mod
Fri 6/18 high by about lunch time

I am debating on whether we want to go in the park Sunday after we get there or in on Saturday morning. I think Sunday afternoon won't be as crowded.

It is the morning that I hate too.

You know something I do know for sure is that the Orange county schools are still in school the week we are there. My kids have a friend that lives in that area.

:confused3 I don't know. My friend just got back and said the Monday was insane and the Thursday was mellow. :upsidedow

::yes:: I have to get up a good 45 minutes earlier, like now, to wake up and enjoy my coffee before waking up the animals. ;)

Really? That late? Awesome!!!! :dance3: Maybe we will survive! That is good news.
