Disneyland in November from Westin Pasadena

I am going to a conference in Pasadena in November and staying at the Westin Pasadena. What would be a good way to get from the hotel to the Park?

I would rent a car as it's probably around 30 miles, 45 minutes one way. Unless I'm only going one place and staying put, I always rent a car. Relatively cheap rentals out of LAX and can't imagine being in LA without a car.
