Planning on taking the family the 2nd to 3rd week in June 2012. Not concerned about the weather but the crowds. How crowded will it be during that time? According to the Disney Vacation Club, June is the second least busiest season out of the 4 listed. Been to DisneyWorld numerous times but usually go in September/October when not crowded. Taking the plunge and going in June 2012 due to school.

DLR picks up just like WDW in the middle of June because that is when most school are done. This will make it busy, but still comfortable. Not quiet.

It may be the worst time to go. Something akin to Chirstmas week. Because.....

The main problem is DCA, it is getting a big rehab and Carsland expansion. There may be huge events for it grand reopening. It will get crazy crowds as it opens the hugely anticipated new land.

One common complaint this summer has been the crowds at the Tomorrowland entrance. This is just due to the reopening of Star Tours, which has it's overflow lines crowding the pathway. Compare that to a whole new land with two small rides and possibly the best Disney attraction ever.

Understandably date of travel are not wide open. Just be aware that something is going to happen and it could fall during your visit.

Other worldly sages have contacted me so as to attempt to answer your question. I in turn have just communed with the great and famous ever seeing and knowing Madame Leota. She recently returned from a private show in Berlin. I hear it was marvelous.

This is what she had to say.....

Serpents and spiders, tail of a rat

call in the spirits wherever they're at.

Rap on a table, it's time to respond,

send us a message from somewhere beyond.

Goblins and ghoulies from last Halloween

awaken the spirits with your tambourine.

Creepies and crawlies, toads in a pond

let there be music from regions beyond.

Wizards and witches wherever you dwell

give us a hint by ringing a bell.

Then she went on to state, that crowd levels in June of next year will become increasingly high, due to Disneyland's latest developments and plans. But not to fear, for as long as you arrive before opening, and collect fast passes as they become available, then you will be just fine.
