My wife, son and I are looking to get a Disney trip in during the end of February. The weekend we can go is the last weekend of the month. What type of crowds could we expect during an end of February weekend?

We visited Disneyland last summer and enjoyed it very much. It seems to be a better place to visit since we will only have two days in the parks then Disney World.

Thank you for the help.

Early and late February are generally not bad. Avoid the weekend before and week after President's Day. DH and I have gone several times in late February and found the temps to be nice (in the mid to high 70's), sunny and low crowds.

Have fun!

Some of our local schools still get both Presidents' birthdays off. As long as neither of them are the Monday after your weekend, you will be golden! It should be beautiful cool weather and very light crowds.

I agree with others -- steer clear of President's week. On our very first trip to DL we thought since we were going at the end of President's week (President's day fell on a Monday and we were in the parks that Thurs, Friday, and Sat), that the crowds would be down --wrong! The last week of February should be a good time to go -- but if you lapse into the first of March you will run into the early Spring-breakers. I have since learned that weekends are pretty crowded anyways -- so if you can go Monday thru Thursday or something like that -- it should be pretty nice :wizard:
