Disneyland Hotel pool access

Hi... Do the DLR hotels have policies for before check-in / after check-out pool access? For example, if I show up at the front desk at noon on my arrival day, can I get into the pool area even if the room isn't ready?

Yes. You are allowed to use the pool even if your room isn't ready and you are also allowed to use it all day on your check out day.

Yes, you can do this. The Grand Californian pool even has full on showers with toiletries so you can freshen up before you leave to head home. Not sure if the DLH pool bathrooms have this.

You're welcome! We used these showers last weekend every time we went to the pool to do a quick hair shampoo along with the standard rinse off the chlorine. It was a shortcut way to freshen up without everyone needing to fully shower in the room one at a time and allowed us to go back to the parks in the evenings clean. We would all shower before bed again, but could skip washing hair, so this was a huge time saver after the pool in the afternoons and also at night.

Yup we do this often! Swim and eat lunch at the pool till the rooms ready. I usually get to the hotel by 8am.

We will be driving in from the desert (2 hours) and are debating over lunch at the beach or the DLH pool... pool wins for me now! Thanks to all for the insights!
