Disneyland hotel perks

I’m considering booking the Anaheim Westin, but want to confirm first that I won’t be missing any major on site perks. For Genie+, can all guests make individual lightning lane purchases starting at the same time, regardless of where they are staying? And are there currently any early entry/late night perks for staying onsite?

I believe that the only perk at the moment is that there is a separate pool of park reservations for on-site guests. So if you don’t yet have park reservations or are traveling during a busy time, it would be easier to make park reservations if you are on-site.

We are staying off-site until early entry returns and have also chosen The Westin.

no perks at the moment. We just did a split stay between Westin and DLH. We were not going to DL the first days so we stayed offsite at Westin. Great hotel, nice staff, just didn't check all our boxes what we need. Even without the perks, we would have stayed at DLH the whole trip if we were going to the parks every day.
