Your son is young enough I would probably go with the hotel you prefer.

Good point! Although if you are heading there with a young child, you might prefer the DLH. Distance aside (and we are talking minutes here) it seems more child-oriented to me - the characters, (even the statue of Mickey as you arrive), the lighted headboard, the decor and the facilities.
