Disneyland Hotel December 5th

Does anyone know of something going on at the park or at the Disneyland hotel on Monday December 5th? When I started watching a while back, they weren't offering the fall deal on arrivals for that day and never did add them. Now the hotel is showing sold out that day, which wouldn't be that odd except for both Sunday night and Tuesday night are still showing rooms. It just seems odd that a Monday night would be sold out that early. None of the other Mondays in the month, including the week after Christmas, are sold out, so it just has me a little concerned about whats going on.

When you say the fall deals, are you talking about the AP offer? I booked Dec 5-8 when the Disney Visa offer came out. Shortly after that, the fall offer came out which was exactly the same thing. But later, they came out with an AP fall offer that I was never able to book, even though I started trying as soon as it came out. It's the same price as what I have but includes FP and $20 dining credit. I don't know why they never had it for my dates, but the regular fall offer has been on and off for them. I don't know of anything specific going on other than the holiday season.

I believe there's some sort of conference happening at the Disneyland Hotel Convention Center that week.

I had just looked at the rates posted online. I don't have an AP.


But that explains the bookings. They surely have a hold on rooms. If they aren't sold by a certain date I'm sure they'll be released. Fortunately I have mine booked already, but good to know anyway.
