Disneyland Express through Grayline - last bus of the day?

Hi all

I am looking at booking 4 tickets for the Disneyland Express coach (Grayline) to take us from GCH to LAX at the end of August.

It appears that the last bus of the day is at 5.30pm, and this is the one we would like to catch as our flight isn't until 10.20pm. However, looking at the website, it would appear that you just get a generic voucher that can be used anytime within the next 12 months, rather than booking a specific day/time.

I'm a little worried about what happens if we arrive to get the last bus of the day and everyone else has the same idea? Do they send extra buses to accommodate everyone or are we out of luck and out of pocket?

Generally, they don't send extra busses. We've been on a packed bus only once or twice, though. I know I've heard of others having to wait for the next bus, which, obviously, wouldn't be an option for you!
Personally I'd look into other options, just in case!

Ok, thank you - it's a shame as it's the cheapest option - but not if we can't get on it!

We have taken the DLE many times and only once (7 years ago) been on a full bus. We are here now and there were only 10 of us on the bus to the DLR. They did do something different on this trip though, even different from last month and that was they had us fill out a card with our hotel, fight time, return date and phone number and they called to tell us what our pick up time would be. We fly home Tues and I received a call this morning with our return time and where to pick it up. I think they will be better able to gauge return buses this way. HTH
