If you loose your e tickets and someone else’s uses it.. are you able to track it.. or can the cast member show them a picture of who used it? and how long does the photo stay in there data base for? if your using a multi day pass? Are you able to file a police report?

I don't know of a way to track it , howver what do you mean you lost your E-ticket ? Was it printed out and you lost that before going to the parks ? Or did you go to the park and loose your ticket once there ?
No idea about the photo but as the ticket is usually only good for 14 days after first use.

I don't think a p[olice report would be involved unless you felt fraud or actual theft had occured. I work for the local sheriff's office and doubt more than a statement and lost and found report could be filed.

Can the guest services personal show a picture of the person who redeem the tickets? I see that the tickets said they are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets

If your ticket is lost or stolen before being activated for the first time -- and someone else tries to use the ticket to enter the parks, that person's photo will be attached to the ticket since the ticket had no photo attached to it before. This assumes that the ticket hadn't been reported lost or stolen and been deactivated before that person got to the gates.
If your ticket was already activated and had your photo attached to it -- and it was lost or stolen and someone else then tried to use it to enter the parks, unless that person looks just like you, they would be stopped at the gates when your photo clearly didn't match the person at the turnstile. Guest Services probably won't show you a photo of the person who used the ticket (if any photo exists).
If your ticket was lost or stolen and you have the receipt and/or bar code number of the ticket, you can go to Guest Services to report this, have the old ticket deactivated so no one else can use it, and get a replacement ticket with a new bar code number.

Where did you buy this ticket? Was it from Disney or from another vendor? If you bought the ticket from an unauthorized third party vendor, it sounds like it was a scam ticket.
I doubt they would show the photo attached to the ticket to another guest without just cause. The police would have to be involved and have the proper authorization to make that request. Then Disney would work with the police. There would be no reason to show you the photo unless the police thought it necessary to involve you.

unfortunately this sounds like you have been sold either a stolen or lost ticket or the person or company is selling tickets which they know have already been used.

Who did you buy your ticket from?

Other than buying direct from Disney, the only third party sellers I would use are either Undercover Tourist or Last Minute Travel Club. Both of theses companies are used by people here on DIS and you can find multiple first hand experiences over many years here on Dis.

Sometimes when an offer or price is too good to be true , it often is.

There are more trustworthy third party vendors -- they all will say clearly that they are authorized by Disney. Some examples: AAA, Costco, aREs.com, getawaytoday.com, etc. As you pointed out above, buying tickets from unauthorized vendors is just too risky to justify the cheap price. Those tickets are usually cheap for a suspicious reason.

thanks for listing the other authorised third party sellers. As I am from Europe, AAA, Costco, aREs.com, getawaytoday.com are not something I am familiar with, so I only recommend things I either have used or am familiar with :)

working advantage.. is where i bought my tickets .. would Anaheim police department do anything for me?

I had a look at that website

  1. Are you part of a company reward scheme?
  2. Before the police I would contact the seller

I figured you might not be as familiar with all the authorized vendors that get mentioned on this board, so thought I would add a few more names to your list. This way, if you see a great deal from one of the vendors mentioned above, you'll know that you can trust that company. (And, of course, it doesn't hurt to run a double check on this board first, just to be sure before purchasing anything!)
