Apparently from an Orange County Registrar article, Saks felt they wanted to focus on their main business, even though Libby Liu pulls down the cash for them like crazy.
Doesn't make sense to me to shut down a successful business in this kind of economy. My girls aren't old enough for their products and marketing yet, but I thought it was an interesting business model. I went in there a couple times to look around.
I guess this would give them room to put in a DTD BBB, if they wanted to. That's prime real estate - right next to the Blue Moon Entrance Gate to the GCH. Talk about a high traffic location.
