I agree with the Labor Day choice... that's why it's a maybe for me because of a local conference I attend every Labor Day weekend. But I am still aiming for it (and will decide later ) because it's a good goal to focus on.
Jen, your schedule this week was awesome!

What a nice mix. Are you doing pilates machines or mat?
I am stronger than I've been in 4-5 years but still have a long ways to go to be as fit as I was before that. Some background - I'm a cancer survivor, and the surgery wasn't great so it took about 2-3 years to really get over that. I'm on a chemo pill that has tendonitis as a side effect (and I'm prone to it anyway). First I had it in my hand but after six months it sort of magically went away. I got it in the achillies several months ago and I am hoping that it is finally settling down so I will be able to walk for exercise. At this point I don't do the treadmill, just the cross trainer and bike. I was relieved to see I could walk all over DL for two days with only one Advil.
I did my longest ever cross-trainer time today, 50 minutes.

It was because Oprah was on and she had the two guys from that lion video. It was a great incentive to stay on the machine.
Beth, very inspiring that you did so much since last May --

. You are so right, it is one step at a time, one pound at a time.
Keep going everyone.
