Ran 2.75 miles (and yes Vicki, I did calculate that today, exactly...unlike usual). Meant to do 1 mile or so of hills with the dog, but we took a new path that led us around the lake. I walked the last .5 miles, as I was worried about the dog. She's a trouper and did OK. I may have to take her out on runs more often.

Yes, my inner Bob will be asking me when we talk if I've ran...even from afar he can make me feel guilty!
Good luck keeping up the exercise program the next few weeks. My advice for Denver -- get thyself to the fitness room every morning.
Wake up a little earlier and run on the treadmill or do the elliptical for 30 minutes.

I haven't been eating much, but what I do eat is not healthy at all, kwim?

! Since weigh in I have been staying to my points target and I have worked out. I am planning on working out 4 times this week for an hour each time...all cardio. So far I am on track to accomplish this. I am really happy to hear a lot of you are doing so well on your work outs and I hope all of you with injuries get better soon!
We did a full hour workout today, which was great. Lots o' arm stuff as well as other stuff. Still protecting the lower back area.
Need to get back on the scale and be honest with myself. Whenever I stay away from the scale, I seem to feel more free to eat the things I know I shouldn't.
But lately I have not been drinking enough water, drinking too much soda and of course Aunt Flo likes to be sporadic and pop up.
