Disneyland Disney's Happiest Haunts Guided Tour. Halloween Time Tour Info.

Hey rounding back to ask if anyone has recieved the pin that they were supposed to mail. I haven’t gotten mine and I just remembered it should have come in the mail.

I liked the tour but it was really 30 min of actual interesting trivia and the rest was filler forced to be spooky But I was in an interesting group so that was nice. Also I really enjoyed watching from the viewing on Small World (no fireworks but Halloween themed projections)

My pin arrived last week.

I went on the tour on the first Saturday August 24. I contacted Guest Relations in October and got a phone call that I would get it by Halloween. No pin. I emailed Guest Relations today. Hopefully I get my pin. Good to know that they are being sent out.

I talked to VIP Tour Services (regular tours doesn’t have a direct line and going through VIP seems to get the best results)

I was told they are in the process of sending pins. She took my name and details (name, anddress, tour date and time) She said it did look like Someone else around that time had also called in and that they noted that the pins for that time were on the working list.

She did make a note with my name to the list being sent out and that it should be sent in the next few days to a week. She did say give it 2 weeks and the call back if I didn’t get one.

I’ll be honest it sounds like they are still short and that being the squeaky wheel may help.

I’d say call if you really want the pin.

I’ll let you know when or if it shows up.

I finally got my pin today - Nov. 29. I went on the tour on Saturday August 24th!!! Nice pin!! I think next Halloween Tour we should get a treat and a drink!!

The Christmas tour got a drink, a Gingerbread man. A pin (which is going to be mailed lol) and thier name tag.
