Disneyland, Disney Wonder, San Francisco, and Vancouver all in one trip

So I went on the LA to Vancouver cruise and it was amazing.

highlights of the trip:

-Disney Wonder
-Wavebands
-San Francisco
-Japan town
-everything

Cruise Staff on the Wonder was awesome, didn't know many of them before the cruise, but knew Tisa and Ashley from past cruises. Met the rest of them for the first time and they all were great. Band on the cruise wasn't the best band I've seen, but wasn't the worst either.

Servers, we had Agnelo and Luis, who were good. Now after having Ana on a couple Magic cruises and Jayson on my Dream cruises these servers were alright, I'd say middle of the pack because they weren't the worst ones

Woke up around 5:45am, I can't sleep in when I'm going on vacation I'm so excited. Got up and ate breakfast and watched some boy meets world on dvd. Made sure I had everything packed and ready and waited for dad to get home since he went into work early to get things done. Dad came home and I clean my dishes and got ready. We said bye to my mom and left to drive to newark airport. Checked in and checked our bags and went through security. We decided to go to the gate and wait. Got some lunch for the plane ride since we would be on the plane during lunch and everyone knows how airplane food is. Finally boarded the plane and we were off to LAX. Plane ride was alright. I don't really like flying(I do it anyway because I love vacation). Got to LAX and went and got our bags and then found a shuttle van to Sheraton Park Hotel. Checked in and went to our room.







We were hungry after traveling and it was close to 5:00pm, so we headed to the house of blues for dinner. House Of Blues was good. After eating headed to Disneyland to go to the park.








We rode walked around and rode a ride or two I think and then I started getting tired so we headed back to the hotel.






Dad headed back out since he really wanted to see Fantasmic, but I didn't want to and was tired so I stayed back and rested and watched some tv. Here are some pictures dad took.










While dad was out I took a shower as well. Dad got back and we both watched some tv and then passed out.

well that was only the first night and yeah I did look bad, but it actually wasn't. I was thinking it was going to rain, but it didn't. And the next two days were sunny and warm

Woke up around 7:00am, it's vacation I can't sleep in. Got ready and dressed for the day and at 8:00am my dad and I headed to get breakfast. Can't remember where we got breakfast, but it was good.





After breakfast went back to the room for a while and got ready for Disneyland and then we walked over to the Grand Californian Hotel.








We walked through Downtown Disney to the Disneyland Hotel











Checked out the hotel and went to see where Goofys Kitchen was located and then we went and caught a monorail from Downtown Disney to Disneyland.










Since we had time before California Adventure opened we walked around Disneyland and rode the train.

Since it was around 10:00am we headed over to California Adventure.







We headed to Toy Story Mania, but it was broken down for some reason right then so we went and rode another ride. I'm not a big ride person so we didn't go in a moving car.

After that Toy Story Mania was open so we went on that. It was great and first time I had been on the one in Disneyland. We walked around after that.






We got some lunch. Dad got some chili bread bowl thing and and I got clam chowder or something like that in a bread bowl, both were great. Checked out a thing about the new stuff they are building at California Adventure then I think we then headed to do some shopping at Downtown Disney area. I bought some stuff.








We headed back to the hotel to rest for a while. Dad slept while and I didn't.





We finally got back up and going again at about 4:00pm or so. We were going to House Of Blues tonight to see Papa Roach and Finger Eleven so we headed back to Downtown Disney for some dinner and to see how long to line at House Of Blues was. The line wasn't that bad so we grabbed some Mexican food for dinner which was good. After eating walked around for a while and got at Jamba Juice and then I got in line when the doors opened while dad walked around some more. Concert was amazing.

After the concert we headed back to the hotel and I took a shower and then past out.

Next Up: Goofy's Kitchen and last day at Disneyland and California Adventure.

Woke Up at about 7:00am, yup can't sleep in on vacation is a trend. Got Ready for the day and watched some tv. We left around 8:00am to walk over to the Disneyland Hotel, since we had breakfast at Goofys Kitchen today. Got to Goofy's Kitchen and had pictures taken.



Ate breakfast and some characters came around






After breakfast since it was close to 10:00am headed to the parks. We had to wait a while for California Adventure to open.









Headed right to toy story mania along with everyone else, saw this along the way.



After riding toy story mania again walked around California Adventure for a while and then we decided to head over to Disneyland since we had done all we wanted to at California Adventure. Rode the train again, rode pirates again and went to toontown part in Disneyland











We got to lunch at the park and then after lunch split up so I could do some shopping. Dad got this picture.



After shopping we headed back to the Hotel to a afternoon rest.

after getting to the hotel, we headed to the pool for a while.








we then headed back up to the room and rested up




and then headed back to Disneyland and rode it's a small world, since when we were there before the line was way long.








Took the monorail to Downtown Disney and got dinner at the Jazz Kitchen which was great. We headed back to Disneyland park after dinner and got a Dole Whip and then headed to see Pirates Of The Carribbean Preview.



After that we headed over to California Adventure to see World Of Color.

After World Of Color we headed back to the hotel room for a early night





finished packing for tomorrow, took and shower, watched some tv and went to sleep.

Woke up around 5:15am, dad was out of the room getting coffee and walking around. Watched some tv for a while, dad came back at some point and we both finished packing and got ready for the day. Watched tv a little more and then headed down to get some breakfast. Went back to the room and ate. We chilled in the room for a while and then dad finally called down to the lobby for a taxi. We took a taxi over to Paradise Pier to meet up for the bus to port, the bus was set up by a disboarder so it left early and got to port earlier, which is always great. So got to port and wait in line till port opened. Port opened and we checked in(good thing we got there early because I heard later they were having check in problems). After checking in we found Ken and got our lanyards. My dad and I then found some seats and sat and waited till we could board the ship. They finally said family of the day could board and soon group 1 and then group 2 which we were so we were off to board the Disney Wonder.

We boarded the ship and had our name said and then we headed up to Beach Blanket Buffet for our first lunch. Lunch was good, had cold strawberry soup which I enjoy and didn't have on the Disney Dream. Also got my first drink of the day.

After lunch we went and found a table to sit at for a while.

Dad left and we planned to meet up at 1:30pm when rooms would be ready. While sitting at the table I met some tablemates of our for this cruise(more on them later). Walked around some more and then met up with my dad and we went and check out the stateroom, we were on Deck 2, love that location. So I left my dad in the stateroom and went to get another drink of the day. Sat down at a table for a while. Got up and headed up to Deck 10 to take some pictures around the ship, but I couldn't find my camera. Went back to the stateroom to see if I left it there and it wasn't there. So Dad and I went back up to Deck 9 to look around for it and couldn't find it. Went back to the stateroom to double check and still could find it, so at this point I'm almost turning into a wreak, I did have a old camera, but the camera I got a couple weeks ago was missing. Dad left and went to guest services to see if someone had turned it in, and thankfully someone had, I'm getting pixie dust already. Went back up to deck 10 with my camera and took some pictures.

Headed back to the stateroom before the Boat Drill. Got some pictures of the stateroom.

Went to the boat drill and didn't have to wear life vests too it, yeah that's good. After the drill headed up to deck 9 for Adventures Away.

After that walked around for a while and took some pictures and got Hi-C(for you Jeff)

Headed back down to the stateroom to get ready for dinner tonight. We were in Triton's tonight for dinner which was great. We sat we other people from the disboards so dinner was great this cruise and all of them were awesome to talk with and get to know. Our servers for this cruise were Agnelo and Luis, they were good, not the best we ever had, but deff not the worst. After dinner walked around some and then went to get seats in the Walt Disney Theatre for the All Aboard: Let the Magic Begin show. After the show went to the stateroom to drop off a few things and saw this

and then headed to Diversions for a while to see what scores for sports were today. Headed over to Wavebands and watched Match Your Mate game show which was funny, the old couple was awesome, all I will say is that the best line of the show shouldn't be said on the disboards. After that watched In-Effect for a while and then decided I wanted to walk around the ship a little.

Called it a night and headed back to the stateroom.

Fell fast asleep tonight.

Woke up around 7:30am today, dad was out of the room getting drinks for us, I need a drink when I get up and dad usually gets them since most times he's up and ready before I am. I got ready for the day. Dad got back with the drinks Hi-C and a coke for me and coffee for him. Drank my drinks and then left my dad to go get in line for special pins. Line wasn't long so I knew I'd be getting pins, at 9:00am they started giving everyone in line the wristbands, finally got to the front of the line and got a wristband. After that walked around for a while taking pictures.

Met my dad at 10:25am outside of Palo for brunch.

Brunch was great again this time like it is every other time and this time I didn't eat too much.

I think I just walked around and relaxed all day till 4:00pm when I went on Art of the Them Ship Tour which Deano ran and it was good, after that went up to deck 9 to get some Hi-C and then went to the stateroom to get ready for formal night and then headed up to the Atrium and got a free apple martini. Dinner was in Triton's again tonight and it was great I had Lobster and chocolate lava cake. Dad and I got a picture taken at dinner.

After dinner I went and saw Heath Hyche family show in Wavebands and after that went and walked around and to look at the stores for a while. I went to see The Golden Mickey's tonight and they were great. After went back to the stateroom for a few seconds to drop some stuff off then headed to Wavebands to see In-Effect after that Michael Harrison did a Adult only show so watched that. After that was the Adult Golden Mickey's After Party where In-Effect played and they gave away prizes to people who danced, so I danced. DJ A-Trane played music after that. I got a Chocolate Martini tonight and also a budlight. After my drinks I walked around a while.

Headed back to the stateroom at 1:30am tonight after getting some Hi-C.

Woke up at 6:00am, I wanted to be up when we sailed under The Golden Gate Bridge. Took a shower and got ready, while I was in the shower dad left and went up to the top decks. My hair wasn't done so I didn't get to go up to deck to see us sail under the Golden Gate Bridge, but saw from the stateroom window.

Dad got back to the stateroom and I was ready so we headed up to Beach Blanket Buffet for breakfast. I e-mailed my mom at breakfast from my Droid. After breakfast, I left my dad from a while to check out the view from deck 10 of San Francisco since I hadn't seen it yet. Then I headed back down to the stateroom to meet my dad. Our stateroom host was doing the room, so couldn't go in so went up to the Atrium for a while, saw my dad. Dad went to see if room was ready yet and it was, so he text me and I went back to the stateroom. I charged my cell for a while and we talked about what we were doing today. We had tickets for Alcatraz at 10:00am so we were doing that first then we planned to head over to Japan town for lunch. We got off the ship and had a while before we had to catch the ferry to Alcatraz and it wasn't far away, so planned to walk to Pier 39 which wasn't far either.

After walking a while we headed to where we were going to have to catch the ferry and we looked around there at about 9:30am got in line. Got on the ferry soon enough and were on our way to Alcatraz.

We finally got to Alcatraz and got off the ferry, some guy wanted to tell everyone getting off the ferry information so listened to that then we were off the explore. We walked up the long road.

After doing the tour I bought a Alcatraz shirt and hat and then we walked back down to catch the ferry back to the shore.

Once back on shore, we got a taxi to Japan town. We had been to San Francisco with my mom back in November 2008 so we knew what we wanted to do really. We got some lunch at the Japan town center and lunch was great.
