Does anyone else use fitnessblender? I love their site, they have over 400 workout videos of various lengths and subjects on youtube for free. So far their work outs have been great, painful but great.
And now I will dream of last summer, when I ate lunch at the Blue Bayou.
Another rough start to this month. Allergic reaction to avocado yesterday and just starting to feel better tonight. Hoping to go for a hike in the morning to get some minutes in. Good start for everyone else![]()
More walking today, all over AK and Epcot resort area. I'll call it about 45 minutes, for 105/800. Tomorrow back to real life.![]()
a bit of walking and a lunch break workout for me.
I seriously think I could write a poem about the rowing machine at the gym. I think I've fallen in love with it.
45/2000
Fun fact #1...I was a collegiate rower at Tulane University. Go Tulane Crew! Row Wave Row!
But when I stopped my rowing career I was so happy to be done with those god forsaken ERG machines. That was many years ago but now I kind of want to see what I could do again on one of them. For old times sake. I bet my form would be good, but not sure about the power being what it used to be.
Fun fact #2: My boat placed first for women in a marathon (26.2) on the water in college. And I had to train indoors mostly on those ERGs because our morning practices were more sprint length. Which led to my hatred of the machines in fun fact #1.
