Disneyland Canada Resident tickets?

I can not access my Canadian resident tickets on my email or app. I do have them printed out and have the original emails but we are thinking about planning for late Oct early Nov if we are able to travel from BC then.

Will we have to get these refunded and purchase different tickets? Hoping someone has figured this out and can save me a long distance call.

My Disneyland Canadian Discounted tickets expired and disappeared from my app too. I assume we can use the value to purchase what is available to us when we return?

Mine are still showing in the app and I was able to use them to make park reservations for the end of August, in case by some chance we can get there. I can't access them with the email confirmation anymore though.

Mine disappeared at one point and and I had to relink them to the app but they are still valid until Dec 2021. I just used them this morning to book park reservations for October. If you are going this year you should be able to still use them.

It's weird not being able to access them through email anymore. I have not been able to find the hard copy of the tickets just the email that I had printed out so I can't re link them. I emailed in and hope to hear back without having to spend a long time on hold. Wish they had a toll free number to call.

I had my tickets linked to my account, but they have since disappeared and using the email link in my confirmation redirects me to purchase new tickets. I emailed Disney customer service a week ago and have not heard back.

I emailed them this past weekend, fingers crossed we will hear back soon on what to do. I will call them if I don't hear anything next week.

I called earlier today but received "call back another time."

I'm not planning to visit California until July or August so I've got some time.

I just wanted mine linked so I could see what dates were available etc if we have to book certain days to go. Let me know if you here anything
