Having previously being told (probably about a year ago originally) that DL multi-day tickets would not be refunded, but validity extended, I reached out again today via the Disneyland app chat functionality, as being in the UK, we're still a way off being able to use these tickets we purchased back at the end of 2019, having originally intended to visit in April 2020.
This time I was told a refund would now be possible, and as we purchased the tickets direct, I was asked to fill in a simple form to arrange for a refund to be processed.
Unfortunately the CM was unable to give me any indication of timescales for the refund to be processed, due to the volumes of requests I was told they're dealing with - not even if it would be days vs weeks vs months.
Just thought I'd see if anyone else has been / is going through this process, to see whether there's any more insight into what sort of timescales I might be looking at... thanks in advance for any insight you can share!
