Disneyland App to buy tickets, can you use gift card?

I like to buy gift cards to purchase our park tickets (gives us money back on Disney Visa to purchase the gift cards at the grocery store, and then we get fuel perks)...so I see that I can buy tickets via the app now can you use gift cards to make app purchases? Or must it be a credit card?

I always buy tickets with gift cards for the same fuel savings. I've never tried to use them on the app, but once I purchase them online, they show up when I log into the app. What is your reason for wanting to purchase within the app? As a side note, you can only use one card per purchase online, but you can go to disneygiftcard.com and combine cards.

OK, so they'll show up immediately in the app if i just purchase online? That's great, that's what I'll do.

(and yes, i combine many gift cards...but I believe they still cap at $1K, so I typically have to do 2-3 purchases for my family's tickets)

They limit the number of gift cards in each transaction online. Not sure about the app. Maybe you can buy separately.

The last I bought online, I could only use one gift card per transaction. If I can use up to three, I could do it in one purchase. That'd be nice.
