Disneyland 70th speculations and news

There was a large Christmas/Holiday merchandise drop today. At the same time, they were restocking a lot of the 70th merchandise.

Did you happen to notice if there are MINNIE SANTA plushie ears...you know, the ones that attach to the headband? I bought the Mickies last year but was thinking I would get Minnie's to mix and match.

So far only gingerbread Mickey and snowman Mickey. They still have the Halloween options for sale, so maybe more will be released next week.

As they should since it is Halloween week. One of my biggest gripes with retail in general, not just at Disneyland, is finding things during the period when you most likely need/want it.

I remember going to Disneyland in December one year and could not find ANYTHING with the current year, everything was the next year already. Annoying.

Yep, gingerbread is big this year...Baublebar, LF, HU. I went retro with red/white for my extra Christmas outfits so am hoping for some Minnie Santa's when I get there. If not, I'll just stick with the Mickeys. Thanks for letting me know!

I would guess yes. That will be the first test of how much of the 70th they are actually continuing post holiday "pause."

They were back in their 70th attire on Nov 1.

They have restocked the stores with quite a bit of 70th merchandise - some which has been gone since May. The Key to Disneyland has a new set of pins with gold trim and a shimmering blue center. They also have a D pin with a mini Key to Disneyland on it.

First time I’ve heard them announce PTN is temporarily delayed. Waiting right now for updates (should have been 8:30 pm start).

Approximately 15 mins after scheduled start time (so started around 8:45 pm). Interesting; didn’t know the floats were electric and needed charging!
