I am working on planning our 1st Disneyland trip and I see that the most days you can buy passes for is 5 days and you can add on the hopper option. My question is this, will they let you add on any more days and if so how much does it typically cost? For instance we may plan a 6 day trip and wondering if I can add on 1 more day.

5 days it it. To add another day, you'd have to buy a one day ticket at full price.

Unfortunate but true.

Your only option past a 5 day ticket is an AP.

We went with the AP on our last visit and will make this year's return trip just under a year later to get our money's worth out of it.

Thank you mom2rtk and RichP1269 that's what I ended to know! BTW, I loved your Lilly Belle ( think that's right) pic that you posted in the photography board mom2rtk! All of the Disneyland pics I have been seeing lately really have me itching to go to Disneyland!

Exactly what we did. We knew we'd have a 5 day trip about a year apart, so we bought the APs. It really made it worth it. On our first trip, we were able to visit5 full days and then 2 partial days while we caught a concert in LA. Then we went back on 4 separate trips - some 3 days, some 1. And those 3 day trips, we actually were in the parks 4 or 5 because we could just walk in, do a ride, and leave. It's been great. PLUS, we get to go back for the final trip in November for 6 days. If you think you can make it back in a year, this is the way to go. I'm gonna miss it when my AP expires.

Thanks so much! We really enjoyed our ride on the Lilly Belle. It's worth seeing if you can get on it when you get there.

We live in Mississippi so just the flight and cost alone, not sure if we would. We always try to do WDW every year as well. Although I am contemplating getting the Premium annual pass that let's you do WDW and DLR for a year.

We're in Missouri, so it's not like we can just pop back. But just getting a second trip right inside a year makes it more than worthwhile. We were able to visit for a little on arrival and departure day without worrying about "wasting" days on our pass. And the discounts really help over the course of the week too.

I may need to check in to that! That is if we don't do the Premium Pass. I have a feeling once I go, I am going to want to come back!

The pass that does WDW and DL is the Premiere Passport (not Premium) and it costs $1099.00! I Looked into upgrading my Deluxe DL pass to Premiere since I knew I'd be going to both parks this year, but I wouldn't have 'broken even' on the upgrade. Just be sure you price things very carefully before purchasing.

Yes, I knew that. I figure 2 WDW trips and 1 to Disneyland I should break even or come out ahead! Just gives me a reason to have to get my money's worth!! :cool1:

I wish they still had the 7 day PH tickets at DL!!!! Last Oct we managed 6 days though by attending MHP for 1 day plus our 5 day hopper.

OH! Shoot, if I lived that close to WDW, I'd never come to Anaheim. Well, maybe to visit Cars Land. But WDW has so much more to offer, so I'd be getting an AP for Florida. But since I live out here....

I just dont think I can get AP's I to wish they still had 6 and 7 day hoppers. I miss them.
