Then we are off to ride Soarin’ AGAIN!!!!
We did the babyswap so it was me, LA and DD bringing up the rear and another shot at B1!!!

Gotta get it tight!!!

Then it is off for a little sweet treat and some fireworks!!!

Did I forget to mention that we made a quick stop in Mexico?

Don’t we look HAPPY?

But soon enough we were in Italy. . .

First of MANY stops in Italy. . .
We watched some wonderful fireworks and then fell into the sea of people heading for the bus. . .
Tomorrow we will take on MGM----at least until DD suggests that we go to EPERCOT. . .Can you guess what her favorite park is?

Once again BEFORE the alarm goes off. . .the kids are UP!!! DD starts before she is even out of the bed again. What you may ask? Well, she wants to either (a) ride the race car (Test Track) or (b) ride the fast train (her arms are being slung wildly in the air as she demonstrates Big Thunder Railroad). So you can imagine her face when her dad tells her that we are going to MGM. This is the park that JD said that he HAD to go to so we call them. OK. They are going to meet us there later.
(First form of Disney Transportation) We board the bus and we are on our way. . Well it was not that easy. I get all the way through breakfast and we are hanging out waiting on the bus and I decide that I might need that trusty hoodie. DH tells me to go get it!! WHAT!!! It is my BIRTHDAY WEEKEND and I have to truck it ALLLLL the way back there to where the ducks hang out near BASKETBALL??? Then he reminds me that he told me 2 or 3 times to get it BEFORE we went to BREAKFAST!! Ok so I head back there and run. . you should have seen it!! I ran!!! I never run!!! But hey!! We are at DISNEY!!!!!
Ok. . .it is Sunday. . the day after Saturday. . the day after I wore shorts. . .why are my children dressed like this????

Because it is COLD!!! And is set to get COLDER!!!!! According to the weather report this morning. . .the high was NOW!!!!
As always we are off to ride “The Great Movie Ride”.

First, please let me give you a little history. DS is brave. He will hang a toe and go on anything that MOVES. EXCEPT Tower of Terror!!!! He is not tall enough for Rock and Roll er coaster. So this is by habit a park that we do pretty quickly. See us some characters and then off to another park. We play in the playground ride Star Tours and that’s about it. I know that some people are going to tell us about the wonderful things that we are missing. BUT ask DS, MGM does NOT interest us since we can no longer play WHO WANTS TO BE A MILLIONAIRE!!! Even DD got into it!!!
So on with the day. . .
Characters were every where!!!

WE REALLY LIKE CHARACTERS!!!!!

And then off to Star Tours so we can “get outta here” according to DD!!

Can you tell that we really like to take pictures?

We play at the play ground a little bit and I will not bore you with the playdough pictures, the dog’s nose, pictures of the crew on the ant, and of course the film slide. We will say that we had fun. Even DH!!!
Then we run into Kim Possible. Every since Sept 05 DH has made comments of how “HOT” Kim and Jasmine were!!! So, his face LIGHTS up when he sees her hanging out. Can you tell that he is not that fond of Ron?

All was great as we were leaving the Indian Jones show until these SNAKES tried to get my CHILDREN!!!!

Well that was enough. . . That was the last straw!!! We were outta there and it was not even time for LUNCH!!!! Oh well. . .we can catch lunch in Morroco. .
LET’s GO!!!!

But the shorts were necessary on Saturday. .. I was almost sweating IN JANUARY!!! What's up with that?

What a fun report to read! My DD5 went crazy for Doritos at WDW too. She only ever liked "clean chips" (meaning plain) but she tried a Dorito on our first day and it was over, lol. Oddly enough she doesn't ask for them at home, but if she sees a bag in the store she mentions eating them all over WDW

My favorite photo is the shot of you four with the Pink Ranger! Very cool

So as we are leaving MGM we are hit with a decision. Do we take the BUS again or do we choose to take the BOAT? The last time that we took the boat was in Sept of I think 05. I am not real sure. I can say though, that it was WAY to hot to be on a BOAT with no AC and that many people!!!
So. . .we choose to take the boat. (2nd form of Disney Transportation) As we are walking down there my father calls me from home. Actually we own a business together so I always answer when he calls. Well the Monday before we left, he bought a new Polaris 700 4 wheeler. He was calling to tell me that it shut off with him while he was riding it and then BURST into flames!!!! So we make him feel better and then off to the boat. (My family says that I BUY TOO MUCH INSURANCE. . . this time they like that I BOUGHT the insurance!!!!)
We opt to sit in the back because it is a BEAUTIFUL but little bit chilly day.

We are gonna stay here when we grow up. . .

Well actually when DH finishes college which should be May. . .of 08!!!
Well then we are there!!! Epercot!!!! We head straight to Morocco. . we kinda like the meatballs!!!

Sorry that DH had been eating on everything. . . DD reminded me to take a picture a little tooo late!!! Well. . .almost toooo late!
Ran into a few friends while in Morocco. . .

Then we were backing Italy AGAIN. . . .How did we do that???

Here is a picture for my Aunt. She thought that it would be GREAT to give me a gift card for my birthday before I left. This is showing her what I spent it on!!!

Well actually it was 1 glass of wine and a couple of pins from the Princess and Pirate Party!!
It makes DD a little bit mad that they still want her to do this. . .

Now we have a little something to back up our rule about the car seat!!1

She bumped her head during the ABS test.
But all is fine once she gets her speed on. . .

We still have yet to see JD and them. I am telling you. . .they did go with us!!!
So we decide that since we get extra magic hours tonight at MK we need to go. . .
So . . . it was off to the monorail (3rd form for the day)

Well when we get in there. . we head straight to our “happy” place. No. Not Buzz Lightyear. . .No. Not Pirates. . . The little place that boast that “there is GOLD in them there fries”. I remind DH that I did not get any fries Friday night because I was stressing over the Pirate and Princess tickets that Guest Relations could not find!!
MK was B-U-S-Y that day, so we found us a little place to sit and enjoy our fries.

DD decided to take a little nap. . .It was getting COLD!!!

I tell DH that I really need to get me a little sumting while we are hanging out here waiting for DD to wake up. . .
This is for you LaLa. . . .if you are out there.

While DH and DS were taking their spin on the carpets I noticed this.

Is THAT what you guys are talking about when you say “Stacked shoes”? Look at the little girl’s shoes in the Cinderella dress. . .
It’s about time. . .. JD calls and we are FINALLY in the SAME PARK AT THE SAME TIME!!!!

So after many many many directions trying to get JD to where we were. I mean, come on people, how hard is it to find the MAGIC CARPETS? Yes, we were still sitting there. DH and DS had ridden the Carpets, I had found the girl with STACKED shoes and DD was still snoozing. So, for a ll of you that KNOW Disney like the back of your hand. This is what I tell him.
ME: Where are you?
JD: Near Crystal Palace.
ME: Do you see a sign and bridge that says “ADVENTURELAND”?
JD: Yes
ME: Then come this way. I am sitting behind the ride.
JD: On our way.

JD: Where are you?
ME: Do you see the carpets?
JD: Not yet.
ME: Ok behind the carpets is an A frame building with what looks like a cow on top.
JD: That should be easy to find.

JD: I do not see you.
ME: If the horns FELL they would kill me!!! I am right under them!!!
JD: Well I see a sign that says Tiki Room.
ME: Then you are here.
So I stand up and I see him.
ME: Turn to your right. The OTHER right!! DO you see me? Come on with your BLUE shirt!!!
JD: O. I see you.
So then we are together!!! Have I said that it is getting COLDER!!! Weather report says maybe 30’s tonight!!! WHAT!!!! I could have got that at home!!! I wanted sun. Heat. Lots so that I could eat MANY Dole Whip Floats!!!!
DS says that he wants to warn people. This unknown assailant will steal your fries.

(please note that behind the rock it looks like the femur bone of a mammal)
Anywho. . .we start throwing on more clothes!!! Just. . .JD and La did not have anymore. . .No blanket. . . no hoodies. . ..so we are off to find them some stuff. I may be mean. . .but in a crunch. . .with cold kids. . . I think that you should take the FIRST blanket and hat you come to. Not this case. We go to Tink’s Treasure. . .to the place across the “street”, we went to Star Traders. And then DH says it. Why don’t you go to Main Street? They have great stores there as well. La asks if he can be more specific?
“Main Street? I have no idea where that is.’ DH tells her it is near the front of the park. She then asks if he would like to expand on that idea? So Dh points them in the general direction and then we are off to take care of a little alien. . .

DD has wanted to ride this for a LONG time. She LOVES Lilo and Stitch. We have a cat named Lilo. Well she started out as Stitch, but take a 2 year old, have them say “Stitch”. That is NOT quite what it sounds like. Ok so the cat became Lilo. I tell her MANY times that she KNOWS how bad Stitch is. She says that she KNOWS he is bad and starts to ramble about something that Stitch did the other day on TV. And then it starts. For anyone that was on Stitch on Jan 28 after dark. . .I am sorry! I knew enough (never rode Stitch but I did do Alien Encounter) to stop the harness before it touched her shoulders. Let’s just say that that was ALMOST as long as the Dinosaur ride at Animal Kingdom. I am not sure if she was scared or MAD!!!! Stitch NEVER said “Thank you” when she was saying “Bless You” when he sneezed!!! So that is ANOTHER ride that she says she will never do again!!
By now, JD and them are looking for us and we meet up and go ride Buzz. The line is short so we have time to do this before going to dinner at 7:40 at Crystal Palace.

DS and I were not worried about no stinking PICTURES. We were on a MISSION!!! Hit the robots LEFT arm. Hit the Volcano. All Z’s that are far away!!!!

Then it was off to Crystal Palace. But WHAT? The parade is about to start? Gotta hurry!!!!
Next installment: Dinner at Crystal Palace and DD getting her “speed on” with that FAST TRAIN. . .

Ok—so we are racing at break neck speed trying to get ACROSS the parade route so that we can most definitely get our eat on!! Only minor injuries were sustained. La said that she hurt her ankle. BUT we made it!!! With time to spare. We could even see the parade. . .well a little bit of it anyway.
Not a real good picture BUT if you strain your eyes you can make out the castle in the background. . .

Note the PIGLET ear!!! This was a new outfit. Bought it. . stuck it in the suitcase. . .whipped it out for DD to wear to eat with PIGLET. . .
WHERE IS THE OTHER EAR!!!!!

Yes. . .it is missing. Never even found it when we arrived home!!
So we all gather to list our name. . and then we wait. . .then KK gets tired of waiting and cries. . .then DD gets tired of waiting and has to go potty. . . then DS gets tired of waiting and wants to go potty. . .the DH gets tired and wants to go potty!! I am NOT sure why everyone can’t go at the same time!!!!
Then it was our turn!!! Time to get those wonderful autographs (for the millionth time it seems) and to prove that TIGGER is NICE!!!!

See we really love us some TIGGER!!!

And Piglet even came back for seconds. . .
Maybe he was concerned about the ear problem we were having!!!

After eating we split up from JD and them and went to get our speed on. KK cannot ride so no sense in them waiting on us.

This was DD’s FAVORITE ride!!! She rode it 4 times that night. Jump off and run around. Get mad at the guy who wanted to measure her AGAIN!!! Then run all the way up. . .(NO LINES). By the time we would walk back around we would get on the train!!!

DS and I getting ready to listen to DD get her laugh/scream on. You KNOW what I am talking about. The scream that turns to full on GIGGLE that is soooo contagious that I think EVERYONE that rode Big Thunder Mountain Railroad was GIGGLING by the time we got off.

This I have no pictures of. . . But somewhere between the 3rd and 4th time we rode BTMR, DS decides that he wants to ride Splash Mountain. OK—We are good parents. We tried the , “you will get sick if you get wet with it being so cold.” “I will BUY you 5 pins IF you do not make us ride it”. Needless to say in the end, DH drew the short straw so he was off to put on his poncho and ride with DS.
DD now wants to wear her PONCHO!! So. . as everyone knows with a 3 year old. . .I put her poncho on and off we go to ride BTMR AGAIN!!!! Picture this. In line with us are 2 kids. I would say somewhere in the neighborhood of maybe 9-11 years old. They had never ridden this before and were under the impression that they would get wet. Parents were trying to convince them that they would remain dry and then they see DD. Try explaining to them why MY 3 year old is WEARING A PONCHO if they are NOT going to get wet. Needless to say it was hopeless. They rode and we able to get THEIR laugh/scream on. And they DID NOT get wet!!! YEAH!!!!
While we were off terrorizing the other children, DH and DS were taking on another mountain. . .

Not sure WHY my son looks like this. . .but here ya go!!!

And then as they go over!!!

So we had almost as fun as we could have. . .decided to head back to the hotel for some shut eye!!!

Did a little window shopping. . .

Went to our room and CRASHED!!! Tomorrow we are going to Epcot!!! AGAIN!!!
But we also have to get ready to go back home!!!

OK—so we get up and do our morning thing!! Get us some breakfast and head off to the park. Never been to a park on a Monday BUT I can almost promise that it will be a must do on our next trip. And then that leads to if a Monday is this good. . . imagine what a Tuesday will be like!!!



We will definitely do this again!!
