Yes. A MagicBand+ (plus) will work on-board.

There doesn't seem to be any leaks when it comes to when they launch on a ship.

Considering they've gotten all the other ships online this year (starting with the Wish over the Summer), it seems likely they'll get the Wonder going maybe end of this year or early next (if they follow the same pattern). Just my guess, though, nothing official to base that off of.
