Disneyana Conventions

I was wondering if any one had a list of upcoming Disneyana convention. Dates and locations? Thanks,Ron

No Official Disneyana Conventions have been announced yet for next year. You can call WDW Events Services to see if they have anything planned for next year.

The Official Disneyana Convention as it was known and operated for 10 years changed as of 2002 to the Disneyana Mystery.

To put it mildly...the 2002 Mystery stunk. WDW Special Events, who had run it for 10 years didn't run it, Epcot Special Events did. So many people complained, that it was not held this year (2003).

If you live in the California area or on the west coast, the NFFC, the Club for Disneyana Enthusiasts, has a Disneyana Convention twice a year. January & July. January is a mini Convention, July is almost a full week and coinsides with Disneyland's birthday. You can get more information about the NFFC convention at NFFC.org.

Tomart's Disneyana Update reported in the summer issue that there is a Disneyana Convention planned for Disneyland in 2005 to coincide with DL's 50th Anniversary, but nothing has been said officially yet.

2001 was held in California. It was great.

Time will tell.

Hi Chris and Hi Kathie. We really missed going to Disneyana this year. We went to the last three.
Last year was just so hot, we really don't want to go in August again.
Looking forward to some new information for next year, or maybe 2005.
