Could I pay Disney World installments via bank transfer on Western Union website or the Western Union App?

What would be the reason for this. Since you can make regular payments on a Disney resort package using the Disney automated phone payment system.

Western Union make it smell like a scam to me with a the crooks wanting payments via Western Union bank transfers.

That doesn't sound safe western union and travel business would never ask to book or pay via bank transfers and via western union due to financial safety reasons. If a travel company asks to pay by bank transfer it means it's a scam. When booking a vacation online use official website or give a call or visit your local travel shop.
When booking online make sure there's no triangle next to URL and verify on scamadvisor website by typing in the URL on the search box on scamadvisor website and it will say if it's safe or not.

Did you mean you wanted to pay Disney vis Western Union As your preferred way to pay? Or is some company asking you to do this? I have no experience in money transfer via Western Union, but I would think it could be hard (or not possible) to get the money applied to the right place. Another option might be to buy Disney Gift cards and make each payment using those. Phone system or Disney online.

Don't accept bank transfer through western union it could be a scam and travel companies never ask for that.

You can see below is a list with three warning signs that you should be aware of when booking a vacation
3 warning signs to say it might NOT be safe are
⚠️Prices are much lower than competitors.
⚠️Unlimited availability during peak periods.
⚠️Payment option - bank transfer to private individuals.

I read OP’s post as meaning she wanted to pay Disney via Western Union instead of, for example, via debit or credit card. That’s why I suggested using the gift cards directly with Disney as a cash alternative. Don’t disagree with what you said, though.

I prefer to pay for a Disney vacation via bank transfer on Western Union I have a login account with Western Union and I can watch the funds being processed via track payments on Western Union website.
