Disney World newbie here, looking for some transportation information!

Hello everyone! I've never been to Disney World before but plan to go in April for my honeymoon! With all the great resources out there for Disney World planning I was wondering if there was something out there to help with transportation around Disney World at any moment. It would be cool if there was a website or phone app where you could select your current location(or GPS could do it for you!) then select your desired destination and it would tell you all the options for transportation! Does something like this exist? Should I use my mobile app development skills to create something like this on my own? haha

As far as I know there is nothing like that. All the resorts have something in the rooms that can tell you how to get around, the parks also are pretty good about having something posted.
