Disney World in March 2013

Hello out their. I am looking at going on our first family vacation in March of 2013. Any weeks in March better than others? I was thinking the 8th to the 15th. Am I crazy or should would be okay weather and crowd wise???

March can be a good time to go as long as you are avoiding Spring Break times and the anything close to Easter. Disney is truly a magical experience!

Totally agree with Bocko57. Due to overwhelming crowds on or so close to Easter, I've heard them being so filled to capacity that they couldn't allow more people in on a given day. Holidays, like Halloween, Easter, Christmas to name a few can be quite busy.

With Spring break or generally any break which kids are out of school normally attracts more dense crowds..

With schools/colleges having spring break at various times and the fact that Easter is on Mar 31, 2013 I would go the first week of March to avoid the crowds.
The weather should be fine. We went this past mid Feb and the temps were 75-80.
**Not to mention that Disney Flower and Garden show begins around the 7 of March and last till May so if you are planning to go 8-15 it could be crowded because of the start of the flower show.
