Yes, that might be the problem. You can go to the test board http://www.disboards.com/forums/test-board.88/ and post a few times there. I think it is 10 posts. But full functionality normally is a little bit delayed. Thanks for trying, but you should enjoy your cruise and not deal with technology! As impatient as we all are, we totally understand if you have better things to do!

Can you check whether there is a soda water dispenser at the beverage station? (usually it’s a separate button or lever attached to the Sprite, but sometimes it’s on its own).

Trying to decide if I should pack a case of Perrier or something.
